【摘要】：正甘肅省華亭縣堅持以人為本的服務理念,積極整合服務資源,依托幸福寓所服務陣地,探索構建"1234"醫(yī)養(yǎng)結合新模式,有效解決了計劃生育特殊困難家庭的養(yǎng)老問題。突出一個重點。突出空巢老人這一重點人群,特別是計劃生育特殊困難家庭中的老人。建立兩種模式。一是在人口集中的城鎮(zhèn),建立醫(yī)務人員進駐日間照料中心等新型養(yǎng)老機構的服務模式。在硯峽鄉(xiāng)硯峽社區(qū)、東華街道辦事處東大街社區(qū)等老年人相對集中的城市社區(qū),建立規(guī)模較大的老人日間照料中心并設立衛(wèi)生室,由社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務
[Abstract]:Huating County in Gansu Province adheres to the people-oriented service concept, actively integrates service resources, relies on the service position of happy apartment, and explores the construction of a new model of "1234" combination of medicine and support.
