【摘要】：行業(yè)結構是就業(yè)結構的核心組成部分,行業(yè)結構是否合理深刻地影響著城市少數(shù)民族人口的就業(yè)水平、收入水平,甚至會對民族關系產(chǎn)生深遠影響。依據(jù)2010年人口普查數(shù)據(jù),運用集中度指數(shù)、區(qū)位商指數(shù)對多民族城市——烏魯木齊市少數(shù)民族人口的行業(yè)結構進行定量研究發(fā)現(xiàn),烏魯木齊市各少數(shù)民族在整體上均存在不同程度的行業(yè)聚集現(xiàn)象;維吾爾族、回族、蒙古族、哈薩克族等少數(shù)民族人口的行業(yè)結構存在不均衡現(xiàn)象,其中哈薩克族的行業(yè)結構失衡問題最為突出;少數(shù)民族人口的行業(yè)分布呈現(xiàn)出一些結構性問題,如在民族傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)、公共部門分布較為集中。
[Abstract]:The industry structure is the core part of the employment structure. Whether the industry structure affects the employment level and income level of the urban minority population, or even has a profound impact on the ethnic relations, is reasonable and profound. According to the census data of 2010, By using the concentration index and location quotient index, the paper makes a quantitative study on the industry structure of the minority population in Urumqi, and finds that there are different industry aggregation phenomena among the ethnic minorities in Urumqi. The industrial structure of Uygur, Hui, Mongolian, Kazakh and other minority populations is unbalanced, among which the imbalance of Kazakh industry structure is the most prominent. The industrial distribution of the minority population presents some structural problems, such as the concentration of the public sector in the traditional ethnic industries.
