【摘要】：中國人有"多子多福"的傳統(tǒng)觀念,但是近年來隨著出生性別比的攀升,婚姻市場的壓力越來越大,未婚男性的可能會對父母的健康和生活滿意度產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。本文利用ordered probit模型分析了子女?dāng)?shù)量對中老年人健康和生活滿意度的影響,結(jié)果表明,已婚兒子對父母的生活滿意度有積極的影響,但是未婚兒子的數(shù)量對父母的幸福感有不利的影響,未婚女兒的數(shù)量對父母的生活滿意度沒有顯著的影響。此外,我們還發(fā)現(xiàn),在農(nóng)村地區(qū),當(dāng)父母得知自己患有高血壓時,未婚兒子的數(shù)量會降低父母治療的概率,這說明未婚兒子的數(shù)量對父母健康會產(chǎn)生一定程度的負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:The Chinese have the traditional idea of "having more children and more happiness," but in recent years, with the increase in the sex ratio at birth, the marriage market is under increasing pressure. Unmarried men may have a negative impact on their parents' health and life satisfaction. This paper analyzes the effects of the number of children on the health and life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly people by using ordered probit model. Married sons have a positive impact on their parents' life satisfaction, but the number of unmarried sons has a negative effect on their parents' well-being, and the number of unmarried daughters has no significant effect on their parents' life satisfaction. In rural areas, when parents learn that they have high blood pressure, the number of unmarried sons reduces the probability of treatment, indicating that the number of unmarried sons has a negative impact on their parents' health.
