【摘要】：文章主要依據(jù)2015年1%人口抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),基于居住與就業(yè)的空間關(guān)系,對(duì)上海市內(nèi)部的跨區(qū)域職住分離狀況進(jìn)行了分析,并從年齡、學(xué)歷、行業(yè)和職業(yè)幾個(gè)方面分析了區(qū)域就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的職住分異狀況。文章認(rèn)為,大城市內(nèi)部跨區(qū)域職住分離具有一定的時(shí)空節(jié)律和人群差別特征,就業(yè)人口的跨區(qū)域職住分離必然導(dǎo)致同一區(qū)域的就業(yè)人員結(jié)構(gòu)存在著居住地與就業(yè)地的職住分異;不同人群的職住分離和通勤流動(dòng)存在結(jié)構(gòu)性的差別效應(yīng)。因此,文章建議將職住分離納入大城市人口問(wèn)題的研究視野,把促進(jìn)職住平衡作為推動(dòng)大城市人口均衡發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)之一,在大城市人口調(diào)控中應(yīng)把促進(jìn)職住結(jié)合作為重要關(guān)注點(diǎn),著力尋求區(qū)域內(nèi)與跨區(qū)域平衡的最佳平衡點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 1% population sample survey in 2015 and the spatial relationship between residence and employment, this paper analyzes the separation of occupation and occupation in Shanghai, and analyzes the separation of occupation and residence in Shanghai from the angle of age and education. This paper analyzes the employment and housing differentiation of regional employment structure from several aspects of industry and occupation. The article holds that the separation of occupation and residence across regions in big cities has some characteristics of space-time rhythm and crowd difference. The separation of employment population across regions will inevitably lead to differences in the structure of employed persons in the same region between the residence and the place of employment, and there are structural differences in the separation of employment and accommodation and the mobility of commute among different groups of people. Therefore, there are structural differences in the structure of the employed persons in the same region. The article suggests that the separation of occupation and residence should be brought into the research field of population problem in big cities, and that the promotion of occupation and housing balance should be regarded as an important part of Ren Wuzhi's efforts to promote the balanced development of population in large cities, and that the combination of job and residence should be regarded as an important concern in the regulation and control of population in large cities. Strive to find the best balance point between the region and the cross-regional balance.
