【摘要】：基于2014年全國流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),分析當前我國流動人口的社會保障現(xiàn)狀,通過Logit模型考察流動人口社保參保率的影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):我國流動人口社保參保率偏低,且內(nèi)部階層差異明顯;除工作特征和區(qū)域因素外,個體特征對社保參保率的影響也很大,這表明流動人口在社會保障的獲取上有一定的主動權(quán)。因此,政府應(yīng)完善流動人口社會保障的制度設(shè)計,以吸引企業(yè)和流動人口參加,讓流動人口能共享城市的公共資源和服務(wù),促進社會公平正義。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in China in 2014, this paper analyzes the current social security situation of the floating population in China, and investigates the influencing factors of the social security insurance participation rate of the floating population through the Logit model. The study finds that the social security insurance rate of the floating population in our country is on the low side. In addition to the work characteristics and regional factors, the individual characteristics also have a great impact on the social security participation rate, which indicates that the floating population has a certain initiative in the access to social security. The government should perfect the system design of social security for floating population, so as to attract enterprises and floating population to participate, so that the floating population can share the public resources and services of the city and promote social fairness and justice.
