【摘要】：隨著我國社會主義民主法治建設(shè)不斷推進,人民群眾的法律意識、維權(quán)意識明顯增強,社會監(jiān)督的力度明顯加大。為順應(yīng)法治建設(shè)的要求,泰州市公安局在刑事案件辦理過程中積極實行受案回執(zhí)、立案回復(fù)、破案回告、未破案件回訪的"四回"工作機制,切實保障群眾的知情權(quán),不斷擴大群眾對公安執(zhí)法工作的監(jiān)督,著力提升打擊犯罪質(zhì)效和群眾滿意度,有效增強了公安機關(guān)依法履職能力和執(zhí)法公信力,有力推動了公平正義法治環(huán)境的營造。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the construction of socialist democracy and the rule of law in our country, the legal consciousness and the consciousness of safeguarding rights of the people have been obviously strengthened, and the intensity of social supervision has been obviously increased. In order to comply with the requirements of the construction of the rule of law, the Taizhou Public Security Bureau has actively implemented the "four-way" working mechanism of accepting cases, filing and responding to cases, solving cases, returning visits to unsolved cases, earnestly protecting the masses' right to know, constantly expanding the supervision of the masses over public security law enforcement, making efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of cracking down on crimes and the satisfaction of the masses, and effectively enhancing the ability of public security organs to perform their duties in accordance with the law and the credibility of law enforcement. It has effectively promoted the construction of a fair and just legal environment.
