【摘要】：采用磷酸銨鹽-尿素脫水聚合法制備聚磷酸銨,通過單一變量的方法討論反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、配料比等因素對聚磷酸銨產(chǎn)品性能的影響。分別采用重量法測定產(chǎn)品的磷含量,蒸餾法測產(chǎn)品的含氮量,端基滴定法來確定產(chǎn)品的平均聚合度,并通過XRD驗(yàn)證聚磷酸銨產(chǎn)品的晶型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,最佳工藝條件為:原料配比[n(磷酸二氫銨)∶n(尿素)]為1∶1.1,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1.5 h,反應(yīng)溫度為260℃,在此條件下所得聚磷酸銨產(chǎn)品磷質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)能達(dá)到73.1%,氮質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)能達(dá)到14.6%,平均聚合度為46.9,完全達(dá)到I型工業(yè)聚磷酸銨要求。
[Abstract]:Ammonium polyphosphate was prepared by dehydration polymerization of ammonium phosphate and urea. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and proportioning ratio on the properties of ammonium polyphosphate were discussed by a single variable method. The phosphorus content of the product was determined by gravimetric method, the nitrogen content of the product was measured by distillation method, and the average degree of polymerization was determined by end group titration. The crystal form of ammonium polyphosphate product was verified by XRD.
