亞臨界丁烷萃取法制備大豆胚芽油的研究

【摘要】:以大豆胚芽為原料,通過單因素試驗(yàn)研究亞臨界丁烷萃取大豆胚芽油的工藝條件,并與正己烷萃取工藝對(duì)大豆胚芽油中維生素E和植物甾醇含量的影響進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,亞臨界丁烷萃取最佳工藝條件為:原料粒徑40目,萃取溫度50℃,每次萃取時(shí)間40 min,萃取5次。在最佳工藝條件下,大豆胚芽出油率可達(dá)95.0%。與正己烷萃取工藝相比,亞臨界丁烷萃取大豆胚芽油中維生素E和植物甾醇的含量均較高,尤其是植物甾醇的含量提高了2倍,二者的含量分別可達(dá)3.80 mg/g和16.95 mg/g。
