采用二次非對稱離心法制備載脂質(zhì)體局用凝膠的新方法

【摘要】：正先制備含或不含氯霉素(CAM)的磷脂酰膽堿脂質(zhì)薄膜,再采用二次非對稱離心(dual asymmetric centrifugation,DAC)法進(jìn)行水合和均質(zhì)化,制備粒徑200~300 nm、適于皮膚給藥的脂質(zhì)體�？疾炝瞬煌木|(zhì)化過程參數(shù)以及在均質(zhì)化前向處方中加入丙二醇(PG)的影響。采用可溶性的b-1,3-(或1,6-)葡聚糖(SBG)為凝膠基質(zhì),制備了2.5%的水凝膠,加入所得脂質(zhì)體后再用DAC法混合,得到均勻的載脂質(zhì)體凝膠。結(jié)果
