氣固反應(yīng)法制備Ag@Ag2S核殼納米顆粒

【摘要】:采用兩步法了合成Ag@Ag2S核殼納米顆粒。首先以無(wú)水乙醇為還原劑,PVP(K-30)為分散劑,AgNO3為原料,采用溶劑熱法合成出銀納米顆粒,隨后在真空管式爐中對(duì)銀納米粉體進(jìn)行硫化。紫外可見(jiàn)吸收光譜(UV-vis),X射線衍射(XRD),透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)的結(jié)果表明,以450℃加熱硫粉,銀粉所處位置為80℃,硫化時(shí)間為20~80min,成功制備出了Ag@Ag2S核殼結(jié)構(gòu)納米顆粒,顆粒粒徑約為100±30nm。
