【摘要】：將六硝基六氮雜異伍茲烷(CL-20)的濾液加入到反溶劑中,析出少量的晶體,起到類似"晶種"的作用,二次快加大量反溶劑使析出的晶體沿"晶種生長"以制備大顆粒圓滑ε-CL-20。分析了反溶劑體積和攪拌速率對ε-CL-20形貌和粒度的影響。對結(jié)晶后的ε-CL-20性能進行了表征。結(jié)果表明,與原料相比,采用這種方法制備出的ε-CL-20的晶體顆粒,具有表面圓滑、無尖銳棱角、高致密、粒度分布窄的特點。ε-CL-20的特性落高H_(50)從25 cm提高到40 cm,摩擦感度從96%降到32%,密度從2.0367 g·cm~(-3)提高到2.0384 g·cm~(-3)。
[Abstract]:The filtrate of CL-20 was added to the antisolvent and a small amount of crystals were precipitated, which acted as "seed". Growth of precipitated crystals along "seed" by adding a large amount of Anti-solvent in the second time to prepare large particles of smooth 蔚-CL-20. The effects of antisolvent volume and stirring rate on the morphology and particle size of 蔚-CL-20 were analyzed. The properties of 蔚-CL-20 after crystallization were characterized. The results show that the crystal particles of 蔚-CL-20 prepared by this method have the advantages of smooth surface, no sharp angle and high density, compared with the raw materials. The characteristic height H50 of 蔚-CL-20 increases from 25 cm to 40 cm, and the friction sensitivity decreases from 96% to 32%, and the density increases from 2.0367 g cm~ (- 3) to 2.0384 g cm~ (- 3).
