添加升華性造孔劑的放電等離子法制備多孔鋁塊體材料

【摘要】:為解決高孔隙率多孔金屬材料制備過程中的污染問題,以升華性萘顆粒為造孔劑,采用放電等離子脈沖燒結(jié)法(SPS)進(jìn)行多孔鋁塊體材料的制備。結(jié)果表明,升華性造孔劑可在實(shí)現(xiàn)多孔鋁材料高孔隙率的同時(shí),有效提高其潔凈度。采用該方法在350℃時(shí)可以制備出結(jié)構(gòu)與尺寸可控性好、開孔效果好、孔隙率(63.33%)較高、粉體顆粒無明顯長(zhǎng)大的多孔金屬鋁塊體材料。升華性造孔劑可對(duì)孔隙體積進(jìn)行有效調(diào)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)多孔鋁材料體內(nèi)小孔與大孔的合理搭配,進(jìn)一步改善多孔鋁材料孔隙之間的連通性,該方法與SPS燒結(jié)技術(shù)相結(jié)合后,對(duì)于開孔性與顆粒連接性要求較高的多孔金屬材料制備具有技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the pollution problem in the preparation of porous metal materials with high porosity, the porous aluminum bulk materials were prepared by spark plasma pulse sintering (SPS) with ascending naphthalene particles as pore-forming agent. The results show that the high porosity of porous aluminum materials can be achieved and the cleanliness of porous aluminum materials can be effectively improved by the sublimating pore-forming agent. The porous aluminum bulk materials with good structure and size controllability, good opening effect, high porosity (63.33%) and no obvious growth of powder particles can be prepared by this method at 350 鈩,
