【摘要】：農(nóng)村基層協(xié)商民主是農(nóng)村民主政治發(fā)展的新形式,是中國民主政治在農(nóng)村發(fā)展的最廣泛實(shí)踐。農(nóng)村基層協(xié)商民主是一種村民的價(jià)值理念,是一種農(nóng)村社會(huì)治理機(jī)制,更是一種村民的生活方式和行為方式。農(nóng)村基層協(xié)商民主具有重要的時(shí)代價(jià)值,它在規(guī)范村民選舉行為,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村選舉公平公正;提升村民參與能力,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村決策科學(xué)民主;完善農(nóng)村治理結(jié)構(gòu),推動(dòng)農(nóng)村治理創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化;確保村務(wù)信息公開,推動(dòng)農(nóng)村監(jiān)督規(guī)范完備等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。農(nóng)村基層協(xié)商民主對(duì)改變村民的政治面貌、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的"中國夢(mèng)"具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Rural consultative democracy is a new form of rural democratic political development and the most extensive practice of Chinese democratic politics in rural development. Rural grass-roots consultative democracy is a value concept of villagers, is a rural social governance mechanism, but also a way of life and behavior of villagers. Rural grass-roots consultative democracy has an important value of the times, it is standardizing villagers' election behavior, promoting rural election fair and fair, promoting villagers' ability to participate, promoting rural decision-making scientific democracy; Improving the rural governance structure, promoting the innovation and optimization of rural governance, ensuring the disclosure of village affairs information, promoting the completion of rural supervision and regulation play an important role. Grass-roots consultative democracy in rural areas is of great practical significance to change the political outlook of villagers, build a new socialist countryside and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, "Chinese Dream".
