溶膠-凝膠法制備氧化鋁纖維的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與晶化動(dòng)力學(xué)

【摘要】:以異丙醇鋁和九水硝酸鋁為鋁源,去離子水為溶劑,聚合物A為紡絲助劑,采用溶膠-凝膠法制備氧化鋁長(zhǎng)纖維,利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和傅里葉紅外光譜儀(FR-IR)等,對(duì)纖維的形貌和組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行觀察與分析,并結(jié)合kissinger-akahira-sunose(KAS)法、flynn-wall-ozawa(FWO)法和Starink法研究纖維的結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明:凝膠纖維的直徑約為4~7μm,纖維形貌良好,無明顯開裂;當(dāng)纖維以10℃/min的速率從室溫加熱至1 200℃時(shí),纖維在800~900℃間由非晶相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棣?Al_2O_3,在1 100℃以上溫度下γ-Al_2O_3轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棣?Al_2O_3;通過KAS法計(jì)算得到氧化鋁纖維由非晶相轉(zhuǎn)變成γ-Al_2O_3的激活能為412.1 kJ/mol,由γ-Al_2O_3向α-Al_2O_3轉(zhuǎn)變的激活能為422.3 kJ/mol,與Starink法和FWO法的計(jì)算結(jié)果吻合良好,驗(yàn)證了KAS法計(jì)算結(jié)果的精確有效性。
[Abstract]:Alumina long fibers were prepared by sol-gel method with aluminum isopropanol and aluminum nitrate as aluminum source, deionized water as solvent and polymer A as spinning assistant. Scanning electron microscope (SEM),) transmission electron microscopy (TEM),) was used to prepare the long alumina fiber. X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FR-IR) were used to observe and analyze the morphology and structure of the fiber. The crystallization kinetics of the fibers was studied by flynn-wall-ozawa (FWO) and Starink methods. The results show that the diameter of the gel fiber is about 4 ~ 7 渭 m, the morphology of the fiber is good and there is no obvious cracking.
