【摘要】： 新疆高校法制教育對(duì)于維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的作用,相比內(nèi)地高校,有著更深遠(yuǎn)的意義和特殊的價(jià)值。法制教育作用如何、意義何在?本文首先通過文獻(xiàn)、資料研究法,對(duì)法制教育與社會(huì)穩(wěn)定這對(duì)范疇進(jìn)行厘清,對(duì)其內(nèi)在的辯證關(guān)系加以論證;接著,通過歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)分析法論證得出,加強(qiáng)新疆高校法制教育有利于保障政治穩(wěn)定、有利于構(gòu)建和諧、有序的社會(huì)生活、有利于形成穩(wěn)定的思想文化模式,因此,新疆高校法制教育對(duì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用;最后,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、問卷訪談的結(jié)果表明,新疆高校法制教育取得了令人矚目的成績(jī),對(duì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定起到了積極作用。與此同時(shí),當(dāng)前新疆高校法制教育載體、法制教育內(nèi)容、法制教育機(jī)制存在不足,經(jīng)過深入的剖析、反復(fù)的思考、以及新疆高校法制教育者集體討論,得出改進(jìn)新疆高校法制教育之道:在于豐富法制教育形式、注重實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),構(gòu)建科學(xué)的法制教育內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新法制教育工作機(jī)制。通過以上理論與實(shí)踐的探索,以期走出新疆高校法制教育科學(xué)發(fā)展之路,從而在維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的路上發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:Compared with the inland universities, the legal education in Xinjiang has more far-reaching significance and special value. What is the function and significance of legal education? This paper firstly clarifies the category of legal education and social stability by means of literature and data research, and proves its internal dialectical relationship. Then, through the analysis of history and reality, it is concluded that strengthening the legal education in Xinjiang colleges and universities is conducive to ensuring political stability, building a harmonious and orderly social life, and forming a stable ideological and cultural model. The legal education in Xinjiang colleges and universities plays an indispensable role in social stability. Finally, through field investigation and questionnaire interviews, the results show that the legal education in Xinjiang universities has made remarkable achievements and played a positive role in social stability. At the same time, at present, the carrier of legal education, the content of legal education, the mechanism of legal education in Xinjiang colleges and universities are deficient, after in-depth analysis, repeated thinking, and collective discussions among legal educators in Xinjiang's universities and colleges. The ways to improve the legal education in Xinjiang colleges and universities are as follows: enriching the form of legal education, paying attention to practical teaching, constructing scientific content of legal education and innovating the working mechanism of legal education. Through the exploration of the above theory and practice, the author hopes to go out of the way of the scientific development of the legal education in Xinjiang's colleges and universities, and thus play its due role on the road of maintaining the social stability.
