【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的廣泛應(yīng)用和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日益普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)民主監(jiān)督的一種新興力量,對(duì)我國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)產(chǎn)生著重要的影響。這種影響既有積極的一面,也有自身的不足和缺陷。以網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督為研究對(duì)象,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的特點(diǎn)和機(jī)理,研究其自身存在的問題與不足,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督發(fā)展提出理性的建設(shè)性意見,這對(duì)于充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的積極作用,推進(jìn)我國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)進(jìn)程有著重要的理論價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文共分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分,首先對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的概念加以界定,然后主要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督對(duì)我國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)的積極作用方面展開研究。通過對(duì)不同監(jiān)督方式比較研究,揭示網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督的特點(diǎn),提高人們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督作用的認(rèn)識(shí)。 第二部分,分析當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督在我國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)中存在的主要問題,揭示產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,為解決問題奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分,在前文分析問題的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)解決問題提出了自己的幾點(diǎn)思考,以期對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督健康發(fā)展起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of computers and the increasing popularity of the network, the network supervision of public opinion has become a new force of democratic supervision in China, which has an important impact on the construction of democratic politics in China. This kind of influence not only has the positive side, also has its own insufficiency and the flaw. Taking the network public opinion supervision as the research object, this paper analyzes the characteristics and mechanism of the network public opinion supervision, studies its own problems and shortcomings, and puts forward rational and constructive opinions on the development of the network public opinion supervision. This is of great theoretical value and practical significance for giving full play to the positive role of network public opinion supervision and promoting the process of democratic political construction in China. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part defines the concept of network and network supervision of public opinion, and then mainly studies the positive role of network public opinion supervision on the construction of democratic politics in China. Through the comparative study of different supervision methods, this paper reveals the characteristics of network public opinion supervision, and raises people's understanding of the role of network and network public opinion supervision. The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the current network supervision of public opinion in the construction of democratic politics in China, reveals the causes of these problems, and lays a foundation for solving the problems. The third part, on the basis of the above analysis, puts forward some thoughts to solve the problem, in the hope of promoting the healthy development of network public opinion supervision in China.
