一步燒結(jié)法制備梯度結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金的工藝研究

【摘要】:從降低生產(chǎn)成本的角度考慮,嘗試在真空爐中采用一步燒結(jié)法制備梯度結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了燒結(jié)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)合金顯微結(jié)構(gòu)及密度的影響,結(jié)果表明:梯度結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金樣品表層的WC晶粒大于富鈷層及芯部區(qū)域;隨著燒結(jié)溫度升高,樣品表層WC晶粒變粗,梯度結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金密度先增加后降低;延長燒結(jié)時(shí)間會(huì)顯著增加樣品表層兩相區(qū)的厚度。本實(shí)驗(yàn)所制備的硬質(zhì)合金梯度層厚度可達(dá)1 168μm,燒結(jié)時(shí)間越長,樣品密度越低。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the production cost, the gradient cemented carbide was prepared by one step sintering in vacuum furnace. The effect of sintering process parameters on the microstructure and density of the alloy was studied experimentally. The results show that the WC grains in the surface layer of the graded cemented carbide are larger than those in the cobalt-rich layer and the core area. With the increase of sintering temperature, the grain size of WC in the surface layer of the sample becomes coarser, the density of the gradient cemented carbide increases first and then decreases, and the thickness of the two-phase region of the surface layer increases significantly when the sintering time is prolonged. The gradient layer thickness of cemented carbide prepared in this experiment can reach 1 168 渭 m. The longer the sintering time is, the lower the sample density is.
