【摘要】：高校思想政治教育管理法治化是依法治校的重要途徑,在管理過(guò)程中存在著管理思路政策化、穩(wěn)定性不強(qiáng)、管理手段隨意化、程序意識(shí)淡薄、管理制度模糊化、管理方法專制化等問(wèn)題。高校思想政治教育管理法治化的路徑在于建立和完善學(xué)校管理規(guī)章制度,對(duì)校規(guī)校紀(jì)的合法性進(jìn)行審查,按照正當(dāng)程序處理學(xué)校管理事務(wù),保障學(xué)生在管理過(guò)程中的主體參與權(quán)利,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,為學(xué)校的和諧發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的法治環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The legalization of ideological and political education management in colleges and universities is an important way to govern schools according to law. In the process of management, there are some problems, such as the policy of management thinking, the lack of stability, the random management means, the weak consciousness of procedure and the fuzziness of management system. Problems such as the autocracy of management methods. The way to legalize the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to establish and perfect the rules and regulations of school management, to examine the legality of school rules and regulations, and to handle the affairs of school management according to due process. To ensure the students' right to participate in the management process, to achieve the all-round development of students, and to create a good legal environment for the harmonious development of the school.
