【摘要】：經(jīng)濟民主和媒體監(jiān)督屬于不同領(lǐng)域的兩個概念,各自具有不同的行業(yè)特征,但都是現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟非常重要的因素。經(jīng)濟民主是市場經(jīng)濟的本質(zhì),目標(biāo)是實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟的公平、公正,媒體監(jiān)督作為一種維護社會健康運行的社會機制,目標(biāo)是為了實現(xiàn)社會的公平、正義,二者的終極目標(biāo)都是為了促進整個社會發(fā)展進步,國家繁榮昌盛,實現(xiàn)全體人民共同富裕,因此,將二者糅合在一起進行研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實可行性。另外,目前我國學(xué)界和業(yè)界對經(jīng)濟民主和輿論監(jiān)督的研究都是分開單獨的,專門對經(jīng)濟民主的研究很豐富,專門對媒體監(jiān)督的研究也很多樣,但將二者作為一個學(xué)術(shù)命題進行研究的比較少,尤其是系統(tǒng)的專著幾乎沒有,在此背景下,本文將媒體監(jiān)督和經(jīng)濟民主結(jié)合起來進行研究,既能豐富經(jīng)濟民主的理論研究,又能充實媒體監(jiān)督的理論研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和理論價值。 本文采用文獻分析和定性分析的研究方法,探討媒體監(jiān)督在經(jīng)濟民主發(fā)展中作用,分為四個部分進行論述:第一部分從經(jīng)濟民主概念的討論入手,梳理了近年來國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對經(jīng)濟民主含義的界定,在認真研讀了鄧小平經(jīng)濟民主思想的基礎(chǔ)之上提出自己對經(jīng)濟民主的粗淺理解,并對媒體監(jiān)督的功能特點進行概述,闡釋了二者的關(guān)聯(lián)性。第二部分闡述了我國經(jīng)濟民主的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,歸納了經(jīng)濟民主取得的成果以及存在的主要問題。第三部分重點論述了媒體監(jiān)督在經(jīng)濟民主發(fā)展中的獨特作用,探討媒體監(jiān)督對經(jīng)濟民主發(fā)展產(chǎn)生作用的途徑,通過怎樣的渠道發(fā)揮對經(jīng)濟民主的推動作用。第四部分針對媒體監(jiān)督對經(jīng)濟民主產(chǎn)生作用的過程中存在的問題,提出完善媒體監(jiān)督的對策和建議。 本文的觀點有三個:一、將媒體監(jiān)督與經(jīng)濟民主聯(lián)系起來融合成為一個命題進行分析,是一個比較新鮮的研究視角;二、市場經(jīng)濟條件下,我國經(jīng)濟民主矛盾叢生,問題迭迭,需要媒體監(jiān)督這種監(jiān)測社會環(huán)境的專業(yè)化和制度化的社會組織及時有效地為其清除障礙,為經(jīng)濟民主的健康發(fā)展增強活力。三、媒體監(jiān)督自身具有揭露、批判、針砭時弊的社會功能,具有特殊的制衡和糾偏作用,能夠?qū)?jīng)濟民主的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生促進作用,為經(jīng)濟民主的順利發(fā)展掃清障礙,從而加快我國市場經(jīng)濟民主化的發(fā)展進程。
[Abstract]:Economic democracy and media supervision belong to two concepts in different fields, each with different industry characteristics, but both are very important factors in modern market economy. Economic democracy is the essence of market economy, and the goal is to realize economic fairness and justice. As a social mechanism to maintain the healthy operation of society, the goal of media supervision is to realize social fairness and justice. The ultimate goal of both is to promote the development and progress of the whole society, the prosperity of the country and the common prosperity of the whole people. In addition, at present, the research on economic democracy and public opinion supervision in Chinese academia and industry is separate and separate. The research on economic democracy is very rich, and the research on media supervision is also very diverse. However, there are few researches on them as an academic proposition, especially there are almost no systematic monographs. Under this background, this paper combines media supervision with economic democracy, which can enrich the theoretical research of economic democracy. It can enrich the theoretical research of media supervision, which has important practical significance and theoretical value. This paper discusses the role of media supervision in the development of economic democracy by means of literature analysis and qualitative analysis. It is divided into four parts: the first part begins with the discussion of the concept of economic democracy. Combing the definition of economic democracy made by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, putting forward their own understanding of economic democracy on the basis of studying Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic democracy, and summarizing the functional characteristics of media supervision. The relationship between the two is explained. The second part describes the development of economic democracy in China, summarizes the achievements of economic democracy and the main problems. The third part focuses on the unique role of media supervision in the development of economic democracy, discusses the ways of media supervision on the development of economic democracy, and through what channels to play a role in promoting economic democracy. The fourth part, aiming at the problems existing in the process of media supervision exerting effect on economic democracy, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect media supervision. There are three points of view in this paper: first, the combination of media supervision and economic democracy into a proposition for analysis, is a relatively fresh research perspective; Second, under the market economy conditions, China's economy and democracy are full of contradictions and problems. It is necessary for the media to supervise the professional and institutionalized social organizations that monitor the social environment and effectively remove obstacles for them in a timely and effective manner. Strengthen the vitality for the healthy development of economic democracy. Third, the media supervision itself has the social function of exposing, criticizing and criticizing the current situation, with special checks and balances and rectifying functions, which can promote the development of economic democracy and clear the way for the smooth development of economic democracy. In order to speed up the democratization of the market economy in China's development process.
