【摘要】：香港回歸20年來,"一國兩制""五十年不變"的偉大實踐已經(jīng)走過了近一半旅程。放眼"大歷史"的長時段,在政治發(fā)展領域,一些具有整體性、普遍性、規(guī)律性的階段性特征及歷史經(jīng)驗已經(jīng)相對明晰地呈現(xiàn)出來。一方面,以"雙普選"為目標導向和主要內(nèi)容的政制改革和民主化進程進展艱難,充分反映了香港"一國兩制"實踐的長期性、復雜性、艱巨性;另一方面,在中央政府的主導和推動下,經(jīng)過香港特別行政區(qū)政府和香港同胞的共同努力,香港"一國兩制"的民主政治建設還是取得了舉世矚目的進展,卓有成效地顯示了"一國兩制"的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In the 20 years since Hong Kong's return to China, the great practice of "one country, two systems" and "50 years will remain unchanged" has gone through nearly half its journey. Looking at the long period of "big history", in the field of political development, some stage characteristics and historical experiences with integrity, universality and regularity have been presented relatively clearly. On the one hand, the difficult progress in the process of political reform and democratization, which is guided by the objective and main content of "double universal suffrage", fully reflects the long-term, complex and arduous nature of the "one country, two systems" practice in Hong Kong; On the other hand, with the leadership and promotion of the Central Government and the joint efforts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative region Government and the Hong Kong compatriots, the democratic political construction of Hong Kong's "one country, two systems" has made remarkable progress. It has demonstrated the superiority of "one country, two systems" effectively.
