濃乳液法制備聚砜多孔材料

【摘要】: 聚砜的多孔材料由于其優(yōu)越的熱性能,電性能和耐候性,在生物醫(yī)藥,燃料電池等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)都有很好的用途。然而,用現(xiàn)有的方法所制備的多孔材料,往往只有較低的孔隙率并且只能做成薄膜狀的材料。本論文采用濃乳液法來制備聚砜的多孔材料,利用這種方法能夠制備高孔隙率并且具有通孔結(jié)構(gòu)的大塊的多孔材料。在制備的過程中,首先制備的是由聚砜的氯仿溶液與去離子水組成的“傳統(tǒng)”乳液。在溶劑氯仿?lián)]發(fā)之后,這種“傳統(tǒng)”乳液逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化成了濃乳液。在將濃乳液中的水分去除之后,制備成具有高孔隙率通孔結(jié)構(gòu)的聚砜的多孔材料。本論文主要合成了氨基化的聚砜,這種雙親性的聚合物能很好的使聚砜的乳液穩(wěn)定;探索了影響多孔材料孔結(jié)構(gòu)的因素,如:水油比的影響、乳化劑的影響、以及溶劑揮發(fā)速率的影響;在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了多孔材料形成的機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Polysulfone porous materials have good applications in biomedical, fuel cell and other fields because of their superior thermal, electrical and weathering properties. However, porous materials prepared by existing methods often have low porosity and can only be made into thin film materials. In this paper, polysulfone porous materials were prepared by concentrated emulsion method, which can be used to prepare bulk porous materials with high porosity and through pore structure. In the process of preparation, a "traditional" emulsion consisting of chloroform solution of polysulfone and deionized water was prepared. After the solvent chloroform volatilized, the "traditional" emulsion was gradually transformed into a concentrated emulsion. The polysulfone porous material with high porosity through pore structure was prepared after the removal of water from the concentrated emulsion. In this thesis, amino polysulfone was synthesized. This amphiphilic polymer can stabilize the emulsion of polysulfone. The factors affecting the pore structure of porous materials, such as the influence of water / oil ratio, emulsifier and solvent volatilization rate, were explored, and the formation mechanism of porous materials was put forward.
