沉積-沉淀-微波干燥法制備金屬氧化物負(fù)載的金簇合物及其在CO氧化和硫化物氧化反應(yīng)中的催化性能(英文)

【摘要】:采用沉積-沉淀法再輔以微波干燥和焙燒制備了金屬氧化物負(fù)載的金簇合物和小的金納米粒子.干燥方法影響了金顆粒尺寸.在爐干燥過(guò)程中Au(Ⅲ)因部分還原而致使Au聚集.相反,在微波干燥下,因快速和加熱均一而使Au(Ⅲ)得以保持,在Al_2O_3上負(fù)載的Au顆粒尺寸小至1.4 nm.該法可用于具有幾種不同微波吸收效率的金屬氧化物載體,如Mn O2,Al_2O_3和TiO_2.這些催化劑在低溫CO氧化和硫化物選擇有氧氧化反應(yīng)中的催化活性比常規(guī)方法制備的更高.
