【摘要】： 封建主義殘余在當(dāng)前社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)作為一種非和諧的因素,影響和制約著中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的建設(shè)。本文運(yùn)用馬克思主義的基本觀(guān)點(diǎn),從民主政治層面,分析了封建殘余對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前民主政治建設(shè)的影響。 本文主要從三大部分來(lái)論述封建主義殘余與當(dāng)前我國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)的關(guān)系。第一部分論述了封建殘余對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)民主政治建設(shè)的表現(xiàn)及危害。主要表現(xiàn)形式是：官本位思想、官僚主義作風(fēng)、特權(quán)意識(shí)、人治等,這些現(xiàn)象的存在對(duì)社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的最大負(fù)面影響就是滋生腐敗。腐敗的存在嚴(yán)重阻礙著政治文明的建設(shè)進(jìn)程,侵蝕著社會(huì)主義肌體,它是與社會(huì)主義文明格格不入的。要鏟除腐敗滋生的環(huán)境就必須肅清封建主義殘余。 第二部分論述了封建殘余存在的原因：一是封建殘余存在思想基礎(chǔ),本文認(rèn)為儒家思想是封建殘余存在的思想基礎(chǔ),儒家思想在封建社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展中,有開(kāi)放逐漸走向保守封閉,嚴(yán)重阻礙了社會(huì)的發(fā)展和束縛人們的思想。二是歷史原因,本文認(rèn)為,中國(guó)的封建歷史時(shí)期長(zhǎng),反封建歷史短,且未經(jīng)過(guò)資本主義文明的發(fā)展,造成封建殘余對(duì)當(dāng)前影響嚴(yán)重。三是制度文化原因,本文認(rèn)為,由于我國(guó)封建社會(huì)歷史漫長(zhǎng),造成了官文化濃厚,商文化缺失；重人治,輕法治。四是社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)原因,當(dāng)前我國(guó)存在著不同的社會(huì)階層,不同的社會(huì)階層其社會(huì)心理是不同的,特別是當(dāng)前社會(huì)的弱勢(shì)群體,存在著傳統(tǒng)的仇富心理和平均主義思想。 第三部分論述了當(dāng)前進(jìn)一步肅清封建主義殘余的再思考。本文從不斷推進(jìn)科技大發(fā)展和完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,進(jìn)一步解放思想,加快人的現(xiàn)代化轉(zhuǎn)變,不斷完善社會(huì)主義民主政治制度建設(shè)等四個(gè)方面論述了對(duì)肅清封建殘余的再思考。 總之,封建殘余作為一種現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的文化,是社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)中的消極因素,我們必須認(rèn)真分析其表現(xiàn),深刻挖掘其根源,找出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,肅清其殘余,消除其影響。
[Abstract]:As a non-harmonious factor, the remnants of feudalism influence and restrict the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Using the basic viewpoint of Marxism, this paper analyzes the influence of feudal vestiges on the current democratic political construction in China from the perspective of democratic politics. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the remnants of feudalism and the construction of democracy in China. The first part discusses the expression and harm of feudal vestige to the construction of democracy in our country. The main forms are as follows: officialdom ideology, bureaucracy style, privilege consciousness, rule by man and so on. The most negative influence of these phenomena on the construction of socialist democratic politics is the breeding of corruption. The existence of corruption seriously hinders the construction of political civilization and erodes the socialist body, which is incompatible with socialist civilization. To eradicate the environment in which corruption thrives, the remnants of feudalism must be eliminated. The second part discusses the reasons for the existence of the feudal remnants: first, the ideological basis of the existence of the feudal remnants, this article holds that the Confucian ideology is the ideological basis of the existence of the feudal remnants, Confucianism in the feudal society in the historical development, Some open gradually to conservative closed, seriously hindered the development of society and shackles people's thinking. The second is the historical reasons. This paper holds that the feudal history of China is long, the anti-feudal history is short, and the capitalist civilization has not been developed, resulting in the feudal remnants of the current serious impact. Third, the reason of system culture, this article thinks, because of our country feudal society history is long, has caused the official culture to be thick, the commercial culture lacks; The fourth is the reason of social structure. At present, there are different social strata in our country, different social strata have different social psychology, especially the weak groups in the current society, there are traditional anti-rich mentality and equalitarianism. The third part discusses the rethinking of eliminating the remnants of feudalism. In this paper, we should continuously promote the great development of science and technology and improve the socialist market economic system, further emancipate our minds and speed up the transformation of human modernization. Four aspects of the construction of socialist democratic political system are discussed in this paper: rethinking on the elimination of feudal vestiges. In a word, as a kind of culture existing in reality, the feudal vestige is a negative factor in the construction of socialist democratic politics. We must carefully analyze its performance, dig its root deeply, find out the corresponding countermeasures, eliminate its remnant and eliminate its influence.
