原位聚合法制備聚吡咯包覆型導(dǎo)電紙的工藝與機理研究

【摘要】: 本論文在紙漿纖維懸浮液體系中通過原位聚合法制備了聚吡咯包覆型導(dǎo)電紙,研究了吡咯單體濃度、摻雜劑的種類和用量對導(dǎo)電紙導(dǎo)電性能的影響,并通過ATR-FTIR, XPS, SEM-EDXA, SEM以及AFM分析揭示了相關(guān)機理。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)吡咯單體濃度、摻雜劑的種類和用量對導(dǎo)電紙的導(dǎo)電性能有重要影響。 吡咯單體濃度增加時,導(dǎo)電紙的表面電阻率不斷下降。吸附率的實驗測定結(jié)果顯示,吡咯單體濃度增加時,紙漿纖維上包覆的聚吡咯也不斷增加,這是導(dǎo)電紙表面電阻率降低的一個重要原因。SEM觀察結(jié)果表明吡咯單體濃度增加時,聚吡咯顆粒直徑增大。XPS和SEM-EDXA的N元素的分析結(jié)果與吸附率測定結(jié)果一致;但摻雜水平(S/N)先下降后上升。 對本論文所用的大多數(shù)磺酸類摻雜劑,吡咯單體與摻雜劑物質(zhì)的量之比為1:1時制備的導(dǎo)電紙導(dǎo)電性能最優(yōu)。對甲苯磺酸(PTSA)和十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)的摻雜效果要優(yōu)于相應(yīng)的鈉鹽。對摻雜劑PTSA, PTSA-Na, NSA和AQSA-Na而言,相同實驗條件下NSA和AQSA-Na摻雜時生成的聚吡咯要多于PTSA和PTSA-Na。SEM-EDXA和XPS的結(jié)果分析都表明摻雜劑分子已經(jīng)摻雜進聚吡咯的分子結(jié)構(gòu)中;NSA,AQSA-Na制備的聚吡咯摻雜水平要高于PTSA-Na和PTSA制備的聚吡咯。XPS的元素價態(tài)分析表明NSA, AQSA-Na制備的聚吡咯的高摻雜水平跟纖維與聚吡咯分子鏈較強的相互作用有關(guān)。SEM和AFM的觀測結(jié)果表明NSA和AQSA-Na摻雜的聚吡咯顆粒尺寸要遠大于PTSA和PTSA-Na制備的聚吡咯,且分布更為均勻。
[Abstract]:In this paper, polypyrrole coated conductive paper was prepared by in-situ polymerization in pulp fiber suspension system. The effects of concentration of pyrrole monomer, type and amount of dopant on conductive properties of conductive paper were studied. The related mechanism was revealed by ATR-FTIR, XPS, SEM-EDXA, SEM and AFM analysis. It was found that the concentration of pyrrole monomer, the type and amount of dopant had an important effect on the conductivity of conductive paper. When the concentration of pyrrole monomer increased, the surface resistivity of conductive paper decreased. The experimental results show that the polypyrrole coated on the pulp fiber increases with the increase of the concentration of pyrrole monomer, which is an important reason for the decrease of the surface resistivity of conductive paper. The results of SEM observation show that the concentration of pyrrole monomer increases with the increase of the concentration of pyrrole monomer. The diameter of polypyrrole particles increased. The results of N element analysis of XPS and SEM-EDXA were consistent with the results of adsorption rate, but the doping level (S / N) decreased first and then increased. For most of the sulfonic acid dopants used in this paper, the conductive paper prepared at 1:1 with the ratio of pyrrole monomer to dopant is the best. The doping effect of p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) and dodecyl benzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) was better than the corresponding sodium salt. For PTSA, PTSA-Na, NSA and AQSA-Na, the polypyrrole produced by NSA and AQSA-Na doping is more than that by PTSA, PTSA-Na.SEM-EDXA and XPS under the same experimental conditions. The results show that the dopant molecules have been doped into the molecular structure of polypyrrole. The doping level of polypyrrole prepared by NSA,AQSA-Na is higher than that of polypyrrole prepared by PTSA-Na and PTSA. The element valence state analysis of XPS shows that the high doping level of polypyrrole prepared by NSA, AQSA-Na is related to the strong interaction between the fiber and the molecular chain of polypyrrole. The results show that the size of polypyrrole particles doped with NSA and AQSA-Na is much larger than that of polypyrrole prepared by PTSA and PTSA-Na. And the distribution is more uniform.
