【摘要】：當(dāng)前,由于參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化發(fā)展的主體在素質(zhì)水平上的參差不齊以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的技術(shù)性,使得一些背離社會(huì)發(fā)展主流的負(fù)面元素?cái)_亂了網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的法治化發(fā)展。針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化發(fā)展中存在的法治化滯后問(wèn)題,相關(guān)主體要立足于當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)狀,從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的角度來(lái)重新審視網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的法治化發(fā)展,探索出一條效果明顯的綜合性網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化法治化路徑,推動(dòng)我國(guó)向網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化強(qiáng)國(guó)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, due to the uneven quality of the main body involved in the development of network culture and the technology of network communication, some negative elements which deviate from the mainstream of social development disturb the legal development of network culture. In view of the lag of rule of law in the development of network culture, the relevant subjects should be based on the current situation and re-examine the legal development of network culture from the perspective of long-term development. This paper explores an effective and effective path of legalization of comprehensive network culture, which promotes our country to develop into a powerful country of network culture.
