熔鹽電脫氧法制備合金時物質(zhì)間相互影響的研究進(jìn)展
[Abstract]:Molten salt electrodeoxidation is an electrochemical method for the preparation of metal or alloy directly by electrolysis of metal oxides at high temperature. The reduction order mainly depends on the decomposition voltage of metal oxide. The reduction of metal oxide with small decomposition voltage is easier and the reduction rate is relatively fast. The time of mixed electrolysis of metal oxides is shortened relative to that of individual electrolysis, which indicates that in the process of mixed sintering, there is a mutual influence between the matter and each other in the process of electrolysis. The main effects are as follows: the microstructure of the sample (including particle size, particle morphology, sample porosity) is changed compared with the single sintering process, and the electrical conductivity of the sample is improved in the process of mixed sintering. In the process of mixed electrolysis, the first reduced metal improves the electrical conductivity of the sample, reduces the overpotential of the post-reduced metal oxide and shortens the reduction path of the post-reduced metal oxide. The reduction of perovskite intermediate products was promoted by doping metal oxides. Therefore, in the future research, attention should be paid to the change of micromorphology, the mechanism of change and the influence on electrolysis during the process of mixed sintering of metal oxides, and the influence of the first reduction metal on the reduction path of metal oxides. Thus, the electrolysis efficiency can be improved by experimental regulation.
