【摘要】：中國電視法制節(jié)目伴隨著我國建設(shè)社會主義法制國家的進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、繁榮,三十年至今全國電視法制節(jié)目遍地開花,節(jié)目形式多樣,內(nèi)容豐富,已成為當(dāng)下中國電視最具影響力的節(jié)目類型之一�，F(xiàn)今的電視法制節(jié)目,在體現(xiàn)國家法制宣傳教育屬性的前提下,’為了迎合市場化競爭要求,提高收視率,更多得轉(zhuǎn)向于節(jié)目本身的藝術(shù)性發(fā)展,而故事化敘事就是促進(jìn)這一藝術(shù)性發(fā)展的重要力量。 縱觀全國,敘事化已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)下電視法制節(jié)目的普遍形式,這也使得用敘事學(xué)理論分析電視法制節(jié)目不僅成為一種可能,而且十分必要。敘事化技巧在中國電視法制節(jié)目高速發(fā)展的今天被各地電視臺競相模仿,但因水平參差不齊,如何在運(yùn)用過程中把握好故事化敘事的“度”,避免其產(chǎn)生偏頗將是一個亟待解決的問題。有鑒于此,本文從敘事理論出發(fā),對當(dāng)下中國電視法制節(jié)目的故事化敘事特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行策略上的分析,以求指導(dǎo)業(yè)界,并試圖為中國電視法制節(jié)目的未來打開一條良性的發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:With the process of building a socialist legal state in China, China's television legal system programs have emerged, developed, and flourished. Three decades ago, the country's television legal system programs have blossomed everywhere, with various forms and rich contents. It has become one of the most influential TV programs in China. In order to meet the requirements of market-oriented competition and improve the ratings of television legal programs today, under the premise of embodying the attributes of the national legal system propaganda and education, they have to turn more to the artistic development of the programs themselves. The story narrative is an important force to promote the development of this art. Throughout the country, narratization has become a common form of the current television legal program, which makes it not only possible but also necessary to analyze the television legal program with narratology theory. Today, with the rapid development of China's TV legal system programs, narrative techniques are being simulated by local TV stations. However, due to the uneven level, how to grasp the "degree" of story narration in the process of application? Avoiding bias will be an urgent problem to be solved. In view of this, this paper, from the perspective of narrative theory, makes a strategic analysis of the narrative characteristics of Chinese TV legal programs in order to guide the industry, and try to open up a benign road for the future development of China's TV legal programs.
