BCZT的熔鹽法制備和電學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:采用熔鹽法制備了(Ba_(0.85)Ca_(0.15))(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_3(BCZT)無(wú)鉛壓電陶瓷。研究了熔鹽法制備的工藝參數(shù)包括預(yù)燒溫度和熔鹽比例。通過(guò)X線衍射(XRD)、電鏡掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等分析了不同工藝參數(shù)對(duì)該陶瓷物相結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀面貌和電學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在預(yù)燒溫度為900℃,反應(yīng)物與熔鹽的質(zhì)量比(熔鹽比)為1∶1時(shí),陶瓷樣品可獲得最佳綜合電學(xué)性能:剩余極化強(qiáng)度為10.8μC/cm~2,壓電常數(shù)為366pC/N。
