熱擴散法制備Ti-Al-304不銹鋼復合板及微觀組織性能

【摘要】:用熱擴散方法,選用Al做中間夾層,在550~650℃,2MPa壓力下,真空保溫2h制備Ti-Al-304不銹鋼復合板。采用掃描電鏡(SEM)研究橫截面微觀結構,使用能譜線掃描分析截面元素分布,利用X射線衍射(XRD)分析斷面相組成。研究發(fā)現,熱擴散方法制備鈦鋼復合板的最佳溫度在550℃附近。此時Al中間夾層不但起到阻止Fe元素向Ti基體中擴散形成Fe-Ti金屬間脆性相的作用,又使Al元素和Fe元素形成穩(wěn)定的擴散層。
