【摘要】：正本市現(xiàn)有142個(gè)建制鎮(zhèn)、35個(gè)建制鄉(xiāng)。近年來,全市各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)人大主席團(tuán)主席或副主席基本實(shí)現(xiàn)單設(shè),各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)也基本設(shè)立了人大專職秘書,這些舉措進(jìn)一步提高了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)人大工作質(zhì)量。各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)人大在同級(jí)黨委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,依照憲法、法律和北京市有關(guān)地方性法規(guī),積極主動(dòng)履行各項(xiàng)職責(zé),充分發(fā)揮與群眾聯(lián)系密切的優(yōu)勢(shì),在維護(hù)基層改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定大局和推進(jìn)區(qū)域民主法制建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。
[Abstract]:The city now has 142 towns and 35 townships. In recent years, the chairmen or vice-chairmen of the presidium of the township people's congresses in the whole city have basically been set up separately, and the full-time secretaries of the people's congresses have basically been set up in all townships and townships. Under the leadership of the Party committees at the same level, the township people's congresses, in accordance with the Constitution, the laws and the relevant local regulations of Beijing Municipality, have taken the initiative to perform all their duties and give full play to the advantages of close ties with the masses. It has played an important role in maintaining the overall situation of grassroots reform, development and stability and in promoting regional democracy and legal system construction.
