【摘要】：2011年1月12日至16日,浙江省十一屆人大五次會議在杭州舉行。在這個發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期,大會突出"穩(wěn)中求進、轉(zhuǎn)中求好"的總基調(diào),把握轉(zhuǎn)型升級的大方向,回應人民群眾的新期待,直面問題,熔鑄共識、擘畫大計。來自全省各地的600多位省人大代表,肩負5400萬浙江人民的囑托,圍繞經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級、社會民生改善、民主法治發(fā)展2011年1月12日至16日,浙江省十一屆人大五次會議在杭州舉行。在這個發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期,大會突出"穩(wěn)中求進、轉(zhuǎn)中求好"的總基調(diào),把握轉(zhuǎn)型升級的大方向,回應人民群眾的新期待,直面問題,熔鑄共識、擘畫大計。來自全省各地的600多位省人大代表,肩負5400萬浙江人民的囑托,圍繞經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級、社會民生改善、民主法治發(fā)展,建睿智之言、謀創(chuàng)新之舉、獻務實之策。我們從中梳理出12個關(guān)鍵詞,從結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型到浙商回歸,從山海浙江到校車安全,從道德重建到人大監(jiān)督……沿著這些關(guān)鍵詞的脈絡,我們可以觸摸到代表的錚錚建言和人民的殷殷期待,聆聽到浙江人民在富民強省道路上的強勁足音。
[Abstract]:On January 12-16, 2011, the fifth session of the 11th Zhejiang Provincial people's Congress was held in Hangzhou. In this crucial period of development, transformation and upgrading, the General Assembly highlighted the general tone of "seeking progress in a steady way and seeking a good one in the course of transformation and upgrading," grasped the general direction of transformation and upgrading, responded to the new expectations of the people, faced up to the problems, forged a consensus, and broke plans. More than 600 deputies to the provincial people's congresses from all over the province, entrusted by 54 million people in Zhejiang Province, revolved around economic transformation and upgrading, social and livelihood improvement, democracy and rule of law development from 12 to 16 January 2011. The fifth session of the 11th Zhejiang Provincial people's Congress was held in Hangzhou. In this crucial period of development, transformation and upgrading, the General Assembly highlighted the general tone of "seeking progress in a steady way and seeking a good one in the course of transformation and upgrading," grasped the general direction of transformation and upgrading, responded to the new expectations of the people, faced up to the problems, forged a consensus, and broke plans. More than 600 deputies to the provincial people's Congress from all parts of the province shoulder the mandate of 54 million people in Zhejiang Province, focusing on economic transformation and upgrading, improvement of social and people's livelihood, development of democracy and the rule of law, wisdom building, innovation, and practical strategies. We sort out 12 keywords, from structural transformation to Zhejiang businessmen return, from Zhejiang to school bus safety, from moral reconstruction to supervision by the people's Congress. Along the thread of these keywords, we can touch the speech of the representative and the people's ardent expectations, and listen to the strong sound of the Zhejiang people on the road of enriching the people and strengthening the province.
