熔鹽介質(zhì)活化法制備多孔納米炭纖維及電化學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:以熱固性酚醛樹脂為炭前驅(qū)體,經(jīng)過靜電紡絲法得到納米纖維,對納米纖維氈固化完成后,以KOH為活化劑、熔鹽作為介質(zhì)在高溫下對納米炭纖維造孔。結(jié)果表明,在熔鹽介質(zhì)中加入少量KOH可以使孔體積和比表面積有很大的提高,孔結(jié)構(gòu)得到改善。當(dāng)活化溫度為800℃時(shí),樣品的電化學(xué)性能最高(288 F/g,0.2 A/g)。
[Abstract]:Nanofibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning with thermosetting phenolic resin as carbon precursor. After curing the nano-fiber felt, KOH was used as activator and molten salt as medium to make pores of nano-carbon fiber at high temperature.
