【摘要】：確立法治信仰是社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的客觀要求,也是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的必然要求,還是國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要依托。但是,當(dāng)前社會(huì)信鬧、信訪、信權(quán)、信錢等傾向還很濃烈,而這些思想在一定程度上妨礙依法治國的形成;究其原因,既有歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)的緣故,也有社會(huì)和人自身的緣故。因此,要通過良法制定機(jī)制、法制教育機(jī)制、責(zé)任追究機(jī)制、權(quán)力制約機(jī)制四大機(jī)制逐步確立法治信仰,從而消弭人情社會(huì)、人治社會(huì),進(jìn)而型塑規(guī)則社會(huì)、法治社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Establishing the belief of rule of law is the objective requirement of social transformation, the inevitable requirement of economic globalization, and the important support of the modernization of national governance. However, the current tendency of social trust, petition, right, and money is still very strong, and to some extent these thoughts hinder the formation of governing the country according to law; the reasons include history and reality, as well as the reason of society and people themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually establish the belief in the rule of law through the four mechanisms of good law making mechanism, legal education mechanism, accountability mechanism and power restriction mechanism, so as to eliminate the human feeling society, rule by man society, and then shape the rule of law society and rule by law society.
