【摘要】：三統(tǒng)并建說,意在強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)西方重視"知性主體",開發(fā)出學(xué)術(shù)方面之科學(xué)與政治方面之民主體制,肯定尊生命、重個(gè)體,在體制上對(duì)自由、人權(quán)加以肯定,可謂抓住了中國走上現(xiàn)代化的根本,是現(xiàn)當(dāng)代新儒家與現(xiàn)代社會(huì)、生活世界相調(diào)適的重要成果。要求民主政治是"新外王"的第一義。牟先生并不是簡(jiǎn)單直接地照搬西方的價(jià)值與制度,他肯定道統(tǒng)、良知的指導(dǎo)與參與,超越了西方民主政治,警惕著淺薄、片面、平面化的"民主"弊病的發(fā)生。當(dāng)代新儒家從人的主體心性中發(fā)掘普遍的道德法規(guī),并透過康德式的論證,由倫理通向政治,建構(gòu)普遍法則之治的法治論述,有益于現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the "three Unification and Construction Theory" is to emphasize the importance of learning from the West, to develop a democratic system of science and politics in the academic field, to affirm respect for life, to attach importance to the individual, and to affirm freedom and human rights in the system. It can be said that it has grasped the foundation of China's modernization and is an important result of the adjustment of modern Confucianism and modern society and the world of life. The demand for democratic politics is the first meaning of the new foreign king. Mr. Mu did not simply and directly copy the western values and systems. He affirmed that the rule of morality, the guidance and participation of conscience, transcended the western democratic politics and was on guard against the occurrence of the superficial, one-sided and plane "democratic" maladies. The contemporary neo-Confucianism excavates the universal moral laws and regulations from the human subject mind, and through the Kantian argument, from the ethics to the politics, constructs the rule of law discussion of the universal rule of law, is beneficial to the healthy development of the modern society.
