【摘要】：正新修訂的《宗教事務(wù)條例》亮點(diǎn)紛呈,且具有可操作性,必將有效遏制利用宗教危害國家安全的活動,充分發(fā)揮宗教界的積極作用,構(gòu)建積極健康的宗教關(guān)系。習(xí)近平總書記強(qiáng)調(diào),提高宗教工作的法治化水平,做好新形勢下宗教工作,必須用法律規(guī)范政府管理宗教事務(wù)的行為,用法律調(diào)節(jié)涉及宗教的各種社會關(guān)系。對《宗教事務(wù)條例》的修訂就是落實習(xí)總書記講話精神,推進(jìn)宗教工作法治化的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:The newly revised "regulations on religious Affairs" is full of bright spots and maneuverability, which will effectively curb the activities of using religion to endanger national security, give full play to the positive role of religious circles, and construct positive and healthy religious relations. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that in order to improve the level of ruling by law in religious work and do a good job in religious work under the new situation, it is necessary to regulate the government's handling of religious affairs by law and regulate all kinds of social relations involving religion by law. The revision of the regulations on religious Affairs is an important measure to put the general secretary's speech into practice and promote the legalization of religious work.
