基于同質(zhì)涂層法制備疏水導(dǎo)電聚酯織物的研究

【摘要】:聚酯纖維(PET)作為合成纖維的最大品種之一,在19世紀(jì)問世后發(fā)展迅速。我國已成為全球聚酯纖維生產(chǎn)大國,隨著聚酯纖維的發(fā)展,在其改性技術(shù)上也在不斷發(fā)展,聚酯纖維的多樣化、新型化、高功能化以及高性能化一直是人們關(guān)注的重點。聚酯纖維具有優(yōu)異的綜合性能,對其功能化改性研究不斷發(fā)展,本文以研究疏水導(dǎo)電改性聚酯織物為重點。本文以同質(zhì)涂層法改性聚酯織物為基礎(chǔ),加入導(dǎo)電粒子炭黑以賦予同質(zhì)涂層織物導(dǎo)電性能。制備了表面電阻在幾百歐的導(dǎo)電聚酯織物。并對導(dǎo)電織物的水洗性能,力學(xué)性能,熱力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了研究。實驗結(jié)果表明,所得同質(zhì)涂層導(dǎo)電聚酯織物的表面電阻可達(dá)幾百歐,耐水洗性能、力學(xué)性能、耐熱性能良好。在同質(zhì)涂層的基礎(chǔ)上,利用溶劑誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶的原理,采用溶解-析出的方法,制備了具有微納米結(jié)構(gòu)的粗糙表面,賦予聚酯織物疏水性能。研究了同質(zhì)涂層中聚酯的含量以及溶劑處理時間對織物疏水性能的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,聚酯織物的水接觸角達(dá)到140°左右,并具有良好的耐熱性能、力學(xué)性能。在同質(zhì)導(dǎo)電涂層聚酯織物基礎(chǔ)上,沿用以上溶解-析出的方法,制備了性能良好的疏水導(dǎo)電聚酯織物。研究了同質(zhì)涂層中聚酯、炭黑的含量以及溶劑處理時間對疏水導(dǎo)電性能的影響。得到了最佳的處理工藝,所得的疏水導(dǎo)電聚酯織物表面電阻在幾百歐,水接觸角在140°左右。在上述疏水導(dǎo)電聚酯織物的基礎(chǔ)上,通過控制溶劑誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶過程以提高織物的疏水性能,使織物的接觸角達(dá)到150°左右。探究了溶劑處理溫度、溶劑的濃度以及溶劑處理時間對導(dǎo)電聚酯織物疏水性能的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,溶劑處理溫度的升高在55℃-65℃時有利于溶劑誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶的形成。溶劑為純?nèi)軇┗蚴侨軇┡c水的比例在10:1時,使織物的疏水性能提高。
[Abstract]:Polyester fiber (PET), as one of the largest synthetic fibers, developed rapidly in the 19 th century. With the development of polyester fiber, the modification technology of polyester fiber has been developing. The diversification, new type, high function and high performance of polyester fiber have been the focus of attention. Polyester fiber has excellent comprehensive properties. The research on functional modification of polyester fiber has been continuously developed. This paper focuses on hydrophobic conductive modified polyester fabric. Based on the homogeneous coating modified polyester fabric, conductive particle carbon black was added to endow the homogeneous coated fabric with electrical conductivity. Conductive polyester fabric with surface resistance at several hundred ohs was prepared. The washing properties, mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties of conductive fabrics were studied. The experimental results show that the surface resistance of the homogeneous coated conductive polyester fabric is up to several hundred ohs, and the washing resistance, mechanical properties and heat resistance of the fabric are good. On the basis of homogeneous coating and the principle of solvent-induced crystallization, the rough surface with micro-nano structure was prepared by solution-precipitation method, and the hydrophobic property of polyester fabric was given. The effects of polyester content and solvent treatment time on the hydrophobic properties of fabrics were studied. The experimental results show that the water contact angle of polyester fabric is about 140 擄, and the polyester fabric has good heat resistance and mechanical properties. A hydrophobic conductive polyester fabric with good properties was prepared on the basis of homogeneous conductive polyester fabric. The effects of the content of polyester, carbon black and solvent treatment time on the hydrophobic conductivity of homogeneous coatings were studied. The optimum treatment process was obtained. The surface resistance of the hydrophobic conductive polyester fabric was several hundred European, and the water contact angle was about 140 擄. On the basis of the hydrophobic conductive polyester fabric, the hydrophobicity of the fabric was improved by controlling the solvent-induced crystallization process, and the contact angle of the fabric reached about 150 擄. The effects of solvent treatment temperature, solvent concentration and solvent treatment time on hydrophobic properties of conductive polyester fabric were investigated. The experimental results show that the increase of solvent treatment temperature is favorable to the formation of solvent-induced crystallization at 55 鈩,
