復(fù)凝聚法制備茶油微膠囊

【摘要】:以明膠和阿拉伯膠為壁材,采用復(fù)凝聚法制備茶油微膠囊。通過對微膠囊成囊形態(tài)的觀察,并結(jié)合微膠囊包埋率,確定制備條件;以包埋率為評價指標(biāo),通過正交試驗優(yōu)化獲得最佳包埋工藝條件,通過累計釋放研究獲得膠囊保存條件。結(jié)果表明:包埋率較高的條件下,微膠囊呈圓形,分散好;最佳條件為壁材濃度3%,芯材壁材質(zhì)量比1妣3,攪拌速度900 r/min,反應(yīng)溫度55℃,p H 4.6,攪拌時間15 min,該條件下的包埋率為88.49%;累積釋放研究表明,微膠囊貯藏受濕度影響大,濕度越大,累計釋放量越多。
[Abstract]:Using gelatin and Arabic gum as wall materials, tea oil microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation. The preparation conditions were determined by observing the morphology of microencapsulation and combining the embedding rate of microcapsules, and the optimal conditions of encapsulation were obtained by orthogonal experiment, and the preservation conditions were obtained by accumulative release study. The results showed that the microcapsules were circular and well dispersed under the condition of high embedding rate. The optimum conditions are as follows: the concentration of wall material is 3, the mass ratio of core material to material is 1 um 3, stirring speed is 900 r / min, reaction temperature is 55 鈩,
