【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為總書記的黨中央把振興足球作為發(fā)展體育運(yùn)動(dòng)、建設(shè)體育強(qiáng)國的重要任務(wù)擺上日程。我國足球改革發(fā)展正處于關(guān)鍵的歷史時(shí)期,習(xí)近平總書記多次指示要將我國足球整體水平提升上去,李克強(qiáng)總理對(duì)我國足球事業(yè)也是高度重視。國務(wù)院于2015年3月頒發(fā)《中國足球改革發(fā)展總體方案》,我國足球改革正逢前所未有的大好機(jī)遇。足球運(yùn)動(dòng)尤其是職業(yè)足球,具有廣泛的社會(huì)影響,有著覆蓋面廣、接觸面寬、時(shí)效性強(qiáng)、影響力大的特征。發(fā)展和振興足球運(yùn)動(dòng)只有從此行業(yè)代表性最強(qiáng)的頂尖人群抓起——中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員。而且發(fā)展和提高我國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德的水平可以有效的弘揚(yáng)愛國主義和集體主義精神,培養(yǎng)國家榮譽(yù)感、責(zé)任感并培育體育文化,對(duì)我國實(shí)現(xiàn)體育強(qiáng)國夢(mèng)具有重要意義�；仡櫸覈殬I(yè)足球的改革發(fā)展,職業(yè)聯(lián)賽行業(yè)風(fēng)氣和競(jìng)賽秩序混亂,急功近利的思想行為嚴(yán)重,職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德問題頻出。這嚴(yán)重的影響著我國足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展與實(shí)現(xiàn)體育強(qiáng)國夢(mèng)的進(jìn)程。所以本研究的目的就是通過對(duì)現(xiàn)階段中國男子職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德的審視,找出中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德問題現(xiàn)狀中所存在的問題,并在求教專家的基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用倫理學(xué)、法學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)以及管理學(xué)等理論知識(shí)探索如何有效的使中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員規(guī)避倫理道德問題,旨在為進(jìn)一步提高中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的整體倫理道德水平,為我國足球改革進(jìn)程的穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)做出微薄貢獻(xiàn)。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法、闡釋法及邏輯分析法,結(jié)合近年來社會(huì)關(guān)注度較高以及媒體曝光度高的典型事件對(duì)法治視域下中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員出現(xiàn)的倫理道德問題進(jìn)行了分析,探索導(dǎo)致此類問題頻發(fā)的深層原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上探尋中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德問題的規(guī)避途徑,為促進(jìn)中國足球乃至整個(gè)競(jìng)技體育事業(yè)良好有序的賽場(chǎng)環(huán)境的形成提供有價(jià)值的理論借鑒,推動(dòng)我國體育事業(yè)朝著健康的方向發(fā)展。研究結(jié)果指出,中國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德問題頻發(fā)的原因是由于:一、我國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員自身人文素養(yǎng)普遍不高、法治意識(shí)薄弱;二、全球化、商業(yè)化、職業(yè)化等外界環(huán)境對(duì)職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員思想以及倫理道德的影響;三、足球運(yùn)行管理制度,俱樂部運(yùn)行管理制度以及職業(yè)球員管理制度的不完善;四、我國法制體系不健全,關(guān)于足球領(lǐng)域相關(guān)判罰缺乏明確的、有針對(duì)性的規(guī)定。針對(duì)上述問題,提出以下建議;一、吸取中華傳統(tǒng)文化道德精華,培養(yǎng)中國特色足球文化。二、加強(qiáng)對(duì)我國職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員倫理道德的培養(yǎng),發(fā)揮足球工作者遵守職業(yè)道德的表率作用。三、堅(jiān)信足球深化改革,進(jìn)一步完善足球行政管理體制;加強(qiáng)職業(yè)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員管理制度以及道德機(jī)制建設(shè)以及加快我國職業(yè)足球俱樂部現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度建設(shè)。四、構(gòu)筑良好的足球輿論環(huán)境五、提升球迷的道德水平,構(gòu)筑健康的足球外部環(huán)境六、確認(rèn)法治體育主導(dǎo)地位。
[Abstract]:Since the eighteen Party of the party, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as general secretary, has put on the agenda the important task of developing football as a sports sport and building a sports power. The reform and development of football in China is in a critical historical period. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly indicated that the overall level of football in China should be promoted, and Premier Li Keqiang is to me. The State Council also attaches great importance to football. The State Council issued the overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football in March 2015. The reform of football in China is a great opportunity to meet unprecedented opportunities. Football, especially professional football, has extensive social impact, wide coverage, wide contact, strong time and great influence. Development and revitalization. Football sports only the most representative of the top people from the industry to grasp the Chinese professional football players. And the development and improvement of the ethical and moral level of professional football players in China can effectively carry forward the spirit of patriotism and collectivism, cultivate the sense of national honor, responsibility and cultivation of sports culture, and realize sports in China. The dream of a powerful country is of great significance. A review of the reform and development of professional football in China, the confusion of the professional league and competition order, the serious ideological and behavioral problems and the frequent ethical and moral problems of professional football players. This has seriously affected the development of the football movement and the process of the reality of a powerful dream of sports. It is to find out the problems existing in the ethical and moral problems of Chinese professional footballers by examining the ethics and morality of the Chinese male professional football league players at the present stage, and to explore how to effectively make Chinese professional footsteps on the basis of the theoretical knowledge of ethics, law, sociology and management on the basis of teaching experts. In order to further improve the overall ethical and moral level of Chinese professional footballers and to make a slight contribution to the steady advancement of the process of football reform in China, the players have made a slight contribution to the steady advancement of the process of football reform in China. This paper, through literature, case analysis, interpretation and logical analysis, combines the high social attention and the media in recent years. The typical events of high exposure to the ethical and moral problems of Chinese professional football players under the rule of law are analyzed, and the deep reasons that lead to the frequent occurrence of such problems are explored. On the basis of this, the ways to avoid the ethical and moral problems of Chinese professional football players are explored, in order to promote Chinese football and even the whole sports cause. The formation of a good and orderly competition environment provides valuable theoretical reference and promotes the development of China's sports career in a healthy direction. The research results show that the reasons for the frequent occurrence of ethical problems in Chinese professional football players are: first, our professional footballers are generally poor in their personal literacy and weak in the rule of law; two, globalization The influence of the external environment on the thought and ethics of professional football players, such as commercialization and professionalization; three, the management system of football operation, the management system of club operation and the imperfect management system of professional players; four, the legal system of our country is not perfect, and the relevant penalties for football domain are lack of clear and pertinent provisions. The above questions, put forward the following suggestions; first, absorb the essence of Chinese traditional culture and morality, cultivate Chinese characteristic football culture. Two, strengthen the ethical and moral cultivation of professional football players in China, play the role of football workers to observe professional ethics. Three, firmly believe in football deepening reform, further improve the administration system of football; strengthen the job. The management system of football players and the construction of moral mechanism as well as speed up the construction of modern enterprise system of professional football clubs in China. Four, build a good football public opinion environment five, improve the moral level of the fans, build a healthy external environment of football six, and confirm the dominant position of the rule of law sports.
