【摘要】： 民主黨派對共產(chǎn)黨和國家權(quán)力的民主監(jiān)督,是多黨合作的重要內(nèi)容,也是民主黨派的重要職能和歷史使命。新時期以來,中國共產(chǎn)黨和各民主黨派在民主監(jiān)督方面都做了很多工作,民主監(jiān)督的作用已在我們黨和國家的諸多領(lǐng)域中逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,這是我國社會主義民主政治建設(shè)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。但是,我們可以看到,由于多方面的原因,民主黨派民主監(jiān)督尚處于發(fā)展和完善階段,它與發(fā)展著的民主黨派的其它職能以及我國整體民主政治建設(shè)進(jìn)程相比,還相對落后。因此,加強(qiáng)民主黨派民主監(jiān)督研究,不斷提升和完善民主黨派民主監(jiān)督職能,十分重要且必要。 從理論意義上來說,對民主黨派民主監(jiān)督進(jìn)行研究,并上升到理論的高度,有利于為完善民主黨派民主監(jiān)督職能提供理論支持。從實(shí)踐意義上來講,對民主黨派民主監(jiān)督進(jìn)行研究,能夠了解民主監(jiān)督職能的過去與現(xiàn)在,指出完善民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的路徑,從而有利于當(dāng)前和今后民主黨派民主監(jiān)督職能建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Democratic supervision by the Democratic Party for the Communist Party and state power is an important part of multi party cooperation. It is also an important function and historical mission of the democratic parties. Since the new period, the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties have done a lot of work on democratic supervision, and the use of democratic supervision has gradually become evident in many fields of our party and our country. Now, this is the development and progress of the construction of socialist democratic politics in China. However, we can see that, for many reasons, democratic party democratic supervision is still in the stage of development and improvement, and it is relatively backward compared with the other functions of the democratic parties and the process of the political construction of our country as a whole. It is very important and necessary to enhance the democratic supervision of the democratic parties through the study of democratic supervision of the strong democratic parties.
From the theoretical point of view, studying democratic parties' democratic supervision and rising to the height of the theory is conducive to providing theoretical support for the democratic supervision function of democratic parties. In practice, the democratic supervision of democratic parties is studied, the past and the present of democratic supervision function can be understood, and the Democratic parties should be perfected. The path of democratic supervision is conducive to the construction of democratic supervision function of democratic parties in the present and future.
