原位反應(yīng)燒結(jié)法制備MgAlON復(fù)合材料

【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)原料選用高純電熔鎂砂(粒徑3~1 mm);α-Al_2O_3(活性)微粉(粒徑≤5μm);電熔鎂鋁尖晶石(粒徑≤1mm);Al粉(粒徑≤0.088 mm);化學(xué)純Mg O(粒徑≤0.04μm)和少量的活性材料,氮化氣氛下原位反應(yīng)制備MgAlON復(fù)合材料,考察了氮化燒結(jié)后試樣的常規(guī)性能、物相組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:1500℃下,氮化氣氛中耐火基質(zhì)料為Al-Al_2O_3-Mg O系的混合粉可以通過(guò)原位反應(yīng)制備MgAlON復(fù)合材料;骨料種類的不同,不影響MgAlON礦相的生成。且Mg Al2O4-MgAlON材料的燒結(jié)性能及氮化效果較好,常溫強(qiáng)度也較高。試樣骨架結(jié)構(gòu)是骨料大顆粒在燒結(jié)中形成的,骨架中填充著反應(yīng)合成的MgAlON晶粒和骨料小顆粒,使得燒成后的試樣內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)致密;微晶結(jié)構(gòu)以及晶須的存在有利于提高材料的常溫力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:The experimental materials used high pure electric magnesia (particle size 3~1 mm), alpha -Al_2O_3 (active) micro powder (particle diameter less than 5 u m), fused magnesia aluminum spinel (particle diameter less than 1mm), Al powder (particle diameter less than 0.088 mm), chemical pure Mg O (particle diameter less than 0.04 mu m) and a small amount of active material, and in situ reaction under nitriding atmosphere to prepare a MgAlON composite material, and investigate the routine of the specimen after nitriding sintering. Performance, phase composition and microstructure. The results show that the MgAlON composite can be prepared by in-situ reaction by the in-situ reaction of the refractory matrix material of Al-Al_2O_3-Mg O system in the nitriding atmosphere at 1500 C, and the different types of aggregates do not affect the formation of MgAlON ore phase. And the sintering and nitriding effect of Mg Al2O4-MgAlON material is better, and the normal temperature strength is also good. The skeleton structure of the specimen is formed in the sintering of large aggregate particles. The MgAlON grains and small aggregate particles are filled in the skeleton, which makes the internal structure of the specimen burned after the sintering is compact, and the microcrystalline structure and the existence of the whisker are beneficial to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the material at normal temperature.
