【摘要】：從詞義上講,“凈化”是指清除不好的或不需要的雜質(zhì),使事物達到純凈的程度。從“凈化”的對象看,可分為自然存在物“凈化”和社會存在物“凈化”。從“凈化”的動力學原理看,“凈化”可分為外在“凈化”和內(nèi)在“凈化”。外在凈化是指通過外部的力量清除事物內(nèi)部不好的或不需要的雜質(zhì),使事物達到純凈的程度。內(nèi)在凈化,也稱自我凈化是指通過內(nèi)部的力量清除事物內(nèi)部不好的或不需要的雜質(zhì),使事物達到純凈的程度。作為現(xiàn)代社會重要組織的政黨,是公共權(quán)力與民眾聯(lián)系的紐帶,“是民主政治的最重要的工具”。政黨是否具有自我凈化能力,是決定政黨能否生存和發(fā)展的重要因素。所謂政黨“自我凈化”,是指政黨依靠自身的力量及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和自主地清除存在于黨的肌體上的毒物和廢物的實踐。政黨“自我凈化”涉及政黨的自主性和政黨的適應(yīng)性這兩個重要變量。政黨的自主性是指政黨組織具有自己的價值理念、行為規(guī)范和相對獨立的性質(zhì)。政黨的適應(yīng)性,是指政黨組織具有的應(yīng)對環(huán)境變化能力和存活能力。中國共產(chǎn)黨誕生于半殖民地半封建社會的舊中國,自誕生之日起就面臨著被圍剿、被鎮(zhèn)壓的險惡環(huán)境。為了實現(xiàn)民族獨立和人民解放的歷史使命,在漫長的新民主主義革命斗爭實踐中,中國共產(chǎn)黨以馬克思主義黨的建設(shè)為指導,通過不斷探索和建立黨內(nèi)自我凈化機制,保持黨的先進性、純潔性,增強黨的凝聚力、戰(zhàn)斗力,為取得新民主主義革命斗爭的勝利奠定了強大的組織基礎(chǔ)。從這個意義上說,一部中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導的新民主主義革命斗爭的歷史,也是一部中國共產(chǎn)黨探索和建立黨內(nèi)自我凈化機制的歷史。本文以中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導的新民主主義革命斗爭的歷史為主線,在分析研究中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨初期、土地革命時期、抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期和解放戰(zhàn)爭時期加強黨內(nèi)思想凈化機制、組織凈化機制、作風凈化機制和權(quán)力凈化機制建設(shè)實踐基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)概括出以黨內(nèi)思想凈化機制建設(shè)為核心,以組織凈化機制建設(shè)為基礎(chǔ),以作風凈化機制建設(shè)為根本,以權(quán)力凈化機制建設(shè)為關(guān)鍵的新民主主義革命時期中共加強黨內(nèi)自我凈化機制建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗。回眸中國共產(chǎn)黨的歷史,大體可分為“革命黨”時期和“執(zhí)政黨”時期。盡管“革命黨”時期和“執(zhí)政黨”時期,黨的建設(shè)面臨著不同的環(huán)境,不同的任務(wù),不同的特點,不同的內(nèi)容等,但“革命黨”時期我們黨加強自我凈化機制建設(shè)所積累豐富歷史經(jīng)驗對于“執(zhí)政黨”時期我們黨加強自我凈化機制建設(shè)具有重大借鑒作用和深刻的啟迪作用。改革開放以來,特別是新世紀以來,隨著世情、國情、黨情的深刻變化,中國共產(chǎn)黨正經(jīng)受著嚴峻的執(zhí)政考驗、改革開放考驗、市場經(jīng)濟考驗、外部環(huán)境考驗,面臨著精神懈怠危險、能力不足危險、脫離群眾危險、消極腐敗危險。如何化解“危險”,經(jīng)受“考驗”是擺在中國共產(chǎn)黨面前的重大課題。黨的十八大報告指明了方向,這就是“全面加強黨的思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、作風建設(shè)、反腐倡廉建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)，增強自我凈化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的能力�！痹鰪婞h的自我凈化能力在“四個”凈化能力中處于核心地位。只有不斷增強黨的自我凈化能力，才能增強黨的“自我完善、自我革新、自我提高”能力。增強黨的自我凈化能力貫穿于黨的建設(shè)的始終。只有把增強黨的自我凈化能力，貫穿于思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、作風建設(shè)、反腐倡廉建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)的始終，，才能找準黨的建設(shè)著力點。
[Abstract]:From the word meaning, "purification" refers to the removal of bad or unnecessary impurities to make things pure. The old China, born in the semi colonial and semi feudal society, was faced with the encirclement and suppression of the dangerous environment since the birth of the Communist Party. In order to realize the historical mission of national independence and the liberation of the people, the Communist Party of China, guided by the construction of the Marx doctrine party, was guided by the construction of the party in the long new democratic revolution. Exploring and establishing the inner party self purification mechanism, maintaining the party's advanced nature, purity, strengthening the party's cohesion and fighting capacity, has laid a strong organizational foundation for the victory of the new democratic revolutionary struggle.
