一步法制備磷銅網(wǎng)超疏水表面及其在油水分離中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對超疏水材料制備過程耗時、耗力或成本高昂的問題,采用一步法制備了磷銅網(wǎng)基超疏水表面。室溫下將磷銅網(wǎng)浸入到十二烷基硫醇乙醇溶液(0.01 mol/L)與蒸餾水的混合溶液(體積比1∶3)中反應(yīng)12 h,制備了具有規(guī)整珊瑚狀Cu_2O納米結(jié)構(gòu)的磷銅網(wǎng)基超疏水表面。結(jié)果表明,該表面呈現(xiàn)對水高的前進(jìn)角(161.2°±0.7°)和后退角(160.2°±0.3°),極低的接觸角滯后(1.1°±0.5°)。另外,該疏水性磷銅網(wǎng)對汽油、柴油、正己烷、氯仿4類油和有機(jī)物質(zhì)分離效率均大于98%。對比傳統(tǒng)的兩步法合成過程,該方法具有操作簡單、物料損耗少、反應(yīng)時間短和效率高等優(yōu)點。這表明該制備方法簡單、廉價、節(jié)省時間,能夠在磷銅網(wǎng)表面制備出規(guī)整的Cu_2O納米結(jié)構(gòu),從而為超疏水表面的大規(guī)模實際應(yīng)用提供了借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the preparation of superhydrophobic materials is time-consuming, labor-consuming or costly, the superhydrophobic surface based on phosphorous copper mesh was prepared by one-step method. Copper phosphorus mesh was immersed in dodecyl mercaptan ethanol solution (0.01 mol / L) and distilled water (volume ratio 1: 3) at room temperature for 12 h to prepare the superhydrophobic surface of copper phosphorus mesh with regular coral-like Cu2O nanostructure. The results show that the surface exhibits a forward angle (161.2 擄鹵0.7 擄) and a receding angle (160.2 擄鹵0.3 擄) and a very low contact angle (1.1 擄鹵0.5 擄). In addition, the separation efficiency of the hydrophobic copper phosphorus net for gasoline, diesel, n-hexane, chloroform oil and organic matter is more than 98%. Compared with the traditional two-step synthesis process, this method has the advantages of simple operation, less material loss, short reaction time and high efficiency. The results show that the method is simple, cheap and time-saving, and can be used as a reference for the large-scale application of superhydrophobic surface.
