多層共擠流延法制備PVDF復(fù)合膜的研究

【摘要】:PVDF具有優(yōu)異的耐候性、抗紫外線性能和良好的力學(xué)性能,已被廣泛的應(yīng)用于化工、電氣、電子及機(jī)械工業(yè)等各個(gè)行業(yè)。但是由于PVDF粘接性能較差,限制了其使用范圍,因此要對(duì)其進(jìn)行改性研究。本文分別研究了Ti2、PMMA對(duì)PVDF共混體系性能的影響,并采用多層共擠流延法制備了PVDF多層復(fù)合膜,并對(duì)復(fù)合膜性能進(jìn)行了研究。 本文首先根據(jù)流延工藝要求對(duì)所用原料進(jìn)行了研究篩選,通過(guò)共混的方式對(duì)PVDF進(jìn)行改性研究,分別制備了TiO2、PVDF共混膜和PMMA/PVDF共混膜;然后通過(guò)熔融指數(shù)(MI)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、差示掃描量熱(DSC)、熱失重分析(TGA)、接觸角和力學(xué)性能測(cè)試等方法對(duì)共混膜的性能進(jìn)行了研究討論。結(jié)果表明,隨著Ti02含量的變化,其對(duì)Ti02/PVDF共混膜的流動(dòng)性能、結(jié)晶性能、力學(xué)性能、親水性能等都有影響;而隨著PMMA的含量變化,PMMA的加入對(duì)PMMA/PVDF共混膜的流動(dòng)性能、加工性能、結(jié)晶能力、力學(xué)性能等都有較大影響;通過(guò)研究,確定了最佳的共擠實(shí)驗(yàn)配方及共擠出復(fù)合工藝參數(shù),通過(guò)共擠流延法制備了三層共擠復(fù)合膜,并對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明所制得的復(fù)合膜各項(xiàng)性能符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,達(dá)到了使用需求。
[Abstract]:PVDF has excellent weatherability, anti ultraviolet and good mechanical properties. It has been widely used in various industries, such as chemical, electrical, electronic and mechanical industries. But because of poor bonding performance of PVDF, it is restricted to its application. Therefore, the performance of PVDF blends with Ti2 and PMMA has been studied in this paper. The PVDF multilayer composite films were prepared by multi-layer co extrusion casting method, and the properties of the composite membranes were also studied.
In this paper, the raw materials used in this paper are studied and screened according to the requirements of the casting process. The PVDF is modified by blending. The TiO2, PVDF blend film and PMMA/PVDF blend film are prepared, and then through the melting index (MI), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal weight loss analysis (TGA), contact angle The properties of the blend films were studied and discussed by mechanical properties. The results showed that with the change of Ti02 content, the flow properties, crystallization properties, mechanical properties and hydrophilic properties of the Ti02/PVDF blend membranes were affected. With the change of PMMA content, the flow properties and processing properties of the PMMA/PVDF blend films were added by PMMA. The crystallization ability, mechanical properties and so on have great influence. Through the study, the best co extrusion formula and co extrusion process parameters are determined. Three coextrusion composite films are prepared by coextrusion casting, and their properties are studied. The results show that the properties of the composite films meet the requirements of design and meet the requirements of use.
