【摘要】：法治社會(huì)與鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)二者的核心理念不同,一個(gè)以"法治"為核心,另一個(gè)以"禮治"為核心。在當(dāng)前我國建設(shè)法治社會(huì)的進(jìn)程中,鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)的一些因素確實(shí)制約著我國的法治建設(shè)。但是從另一方面來看,鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)的禮治規(guī)則對(duì)法治社會(huì)的建設(shè)并非全然具有否定意義。在我國法治一體化建設(shè)的當(dāng)下,將法治社會(huì)與鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)進(jìn)行具有建設(shè)性的協(xié)調(diào)與整合,對(duì)法治社會(huì)在我國的構(gòu)建與形成將具有更現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。
[Abstract]:The core concept of the two parties in the rule of law and the local society is different. One takes the rule of law as the core and the other takes the "rule of Rites" as the core. In the process of building the rule of law in our country, some factors in the local society do restrict the construction of the rule of law in our country. However, from the other side, the rule of rites of the local society is built on the rule of law society. It is not entirely negative. At the moment of the construction of the integration of the rule of law in China, it is of more practical significance to establish and integrate the rule of law society with the local society, and to the construction and formation of the rule of law in our country.
