碳酸氫鈉共沉淀法制備超細(xì)銅鉻黑顏料

【摘要】:以Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O、Cr(NO_3)_3·9H_2O為原料,NaHCO_3為沉淀劑,采用共沉淀法合成超細(xì)尖晶石型銅鉻黑顏料。研究了沉淀劑濃度、煅燒溫度對CuCr_2O_4結(jié)晶度、晶相純度、粒徑大小以及色度值的影響。通過X-射線衍射分析、掃描電鏡圖、粒度分析、色度值以及紫外-可見光吸收光譜分析得出,當(dāng)碳酸氫鈉濃度為0.3 mol/L,煅燒溫度為800℃時可獲得結(jié)晶完整、粒徑細(xì)小、呈色性能好的CuCr_2O_4黑色顏料。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine spinel copper-chromium black pigment was synthesized by coprecipitation method using Cu(NO_3)_2 3H _ 2O _ 3 9H_2O as raw material and NaHCO _ 3 as precipitant. The effects of the concentration of precipitant and calcination temperature on the crystallinity, crystal purity, particle size and color value of CuCr_2O_4 were studied. By means of X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy, particle size analysis, chroma value and UV-Vis absorption spectrum analysis, it is found that when the concentration of sodium bicarbonate is 0.3 mol / L, the calcination temperature is 800 鈩,
