【摘要】：民主法治示范村體現(xiàn)了依法治國的基本理念,文章調(diào)查分析了民主法治示范村實(shí)行現(xiàn)狀,指出民主法治示范村在試行過程中存在村民民主法治觀念意識(shí)薄弱,沒有充分行使自己享有的權(quán)利、農(nóng)村基層民主監(jiān)督不夠到位、村干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等問題,為此建議積極采取各種方式加強(qiáng)村民法治意識(shí),維權(quán)意識(shí)、建立健全農(nóng)村基層民主制度、加強(qiáng)村干部法制教育培訓(xùn),提高隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)等措施。
[Abstract]:The demonstration village of democracy and rule of law embodies the basic idea of governing the country by law. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the practice of the demonstration village of democracy and rule of law, and points out that the consciousness of democratic rule of law in the village of democracy and rule of law is weak in the process of trial. They have not fully exercised their rights, the supervision of democracy at the rural grassroots level is not enough, the contingent of village cadres has been built, and so on. Therefore, it is suggested that various ways should be taken to strengthen villagers' awareness of the rule of law, to protect their rights, and to establish and improve the rural grass-roots democratic system. Strengthen the legal education and training of village cadres, improve the overall quality of the team and other measures.
