【摘要】：當前各地基層協(xié)商民主實踐仍存在不少內生、外生障礙和問題。這些障礙和問題亦成為制約下一階段基層協(xié)商民主建設的重要因素�；诖�,在梳理各地基層開展協(xié)商民主所采取的諸種實踐形式的基礎上,對其所遇到的障礙和問題進行剖析,可據(jù)此探討并形成普適于我國基層深入開展協(xié)商民主實踐的可行性路徑,使基層協(xié)商民主成為在社會主義協(xié)商民主體系建設中率先取得突破性進展的領域。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still many endogenous, exogenous obstacles and problems in local grassroots consultative democracy practice. These obstacles and problems have also become an important factor restricting the next stage of democratic construction of grassroots consultation. Based on this, on the basis of combing the various practical forms of consultative democracy at the grass-roots level in various places, the obstacles and problems encountered by them are analyzed. Based on this, we can explore and form the feasible path of popularizing the practice of consultative democracy at the grass-roots level in our country, so that the consultative democracy at the grass-roots level will become the first field to make breakthrough progress in the construction of socialist consultative democracy system.
