【摘要】：民主監(jiān)督是民主黨派的主要職能之一,是我國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商制度的重要成部分,在國家政治生活中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。在新時期,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)民主黨派的民主監(jiān)督工作,對于推進(jìn)社會主義政治文明進(jìn)程具有極其重要的意義。 本課題深入研究我國民主黨派民主監(jiān)督存在的問題及對策研究,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒國內(nèi)最新理論研究成果,對于更好地開發(fā)我國政治資源,開展民主監(jiān)督予以啟發(fā)和思考。分析加強(qiáng)民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的重要性,對我國政治文明不斷進(jìn)步的意義和作用,結(jié)合我國民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,把握面臨的新機(jī)遇、新挑戰(zhàn),提出今后加強(qiáng)民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的對策和建議。 本文采取理論和實(shí)踐論證的研究方法。通過深入全省各民主黨派考察,調(diào)研我省民主黨派民主監(jiān)督情況及部分省市的民主監(jiān)督情況及成果資料。改革開放以來,民主黨派民主監(jiān)督取得了一定的成果,但也面臨問題和困難。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,貧富分化也越來越明顯,社會矛盾逐步凸顯,這也是民主監(jiān)督為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量的重要時期,有必要對民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,對民主監(jiān)督今后如何發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性的意見和建議。 本文主題共分為五個部分。第一部分,導(dǎo)論,介紹選題的目的與意義,目前學(xué)者關(guān)于民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的研究現(xiàn)狀,研究思路和研究方法,論文內(nèi)容框架和論文特點(diǎn)。第二部分,民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的基本理論,對于民主黨派、民主黨派監(jiān)督的內(nèi)涵、意義和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行充分的闡述。第三部分,民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和面臨的新問題新挑戰(zhàn),闡述了民主黨派在新民主主義革命時期、建國初期到改革開放初期及改革開放之后的民主監(jiān)督發(fā)展情況,然后概括了民主黨派民主監(jiān)督在新時期面臨的新任務(wù)和新問題。第四部分,我國民主黨派民主監(jiān)督存在問題及原因探討,從四個方面討論了現(xiàn)階段民主黨派民主監(jiān)督存在的問題,并對問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了深入的分析與探討。第五部分,加強(qiáng)我國民主黨派民主監(jiān)督的幾點(diǎn)思考,從合理定位、完善機(jī)制、發(fā)揮合力及監(jiān)督自身等方面對如何加強(qiáng)民主黨派民主監(jiān)督提出了對策及探討。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于：對民主黨派民主監(jiān)督存在的問題及原因探討,既有歷史原因,也有思想上的誤區(qū),還有現(xiàn)行民主監(jiān)督機(jī)制的問題,各種原因錯綜復(fù)雜,只有分析清楚原因,才能對癥下藥,制定相應(yīng)對策,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)我國民主黨派民主監(jiān)督。在我國的共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商這種沒有可借鑒范例的制度中探討民主監(jiān)督機(jī)制的可操作性。
[Abstract]:Democratic supervision is one of the main functions of democratic parties . It is an important part of the multi - party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China . It plays an irreplaceable role in the political life of the country . During the new period , the democratic supervision of democratic parties is further strengthened , and it is of great significance to advance the process of socialist political civilization .

This paper studies the existing problems and countermeasures of democratic party democratic supervision in our country . Learning from the latest theoretical research results of our country can inspire and reflect on the better development of our country ' s political resources and the democratic supervision . The significance and the function of strengthening democratic supervision of democratic parties are analyzed . The new opportunities and new challenges are grasped in the light of the historical experience and the development status of democratic party democratic supervision in our country , and the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening democratic supervision of democratic parties are proposed in the future .

This paper studies the democratic supervision of the democratic parties in our province and the results of some provinces and cities by investigating the democratic parties in the province . The democratic supervision of the democratic parties has made some achievements since the reform and opening up , but also faces the problems and difficulties . With the development of the economic and social development of our country , the rich and poor are becoming more and more obvious , the social contradictions gradually become prominent , and it is necessary to comb the historical experience and the development status quo of the democratic party democratic supervision and put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions for the future development of democratic parties .

This thesis is divided into five parts . The first part , the introduction , the purpose and the significance of the selection of the democratic parties , the present situation of the democratic supervision of the democratic parties , the connotation , significance and characteristics of the democratic party democratic supervision are discussed .

The innovation of this paper is to discuss the problems and reasons of the democratic supervision of democratic parties . It has both historical reasons and ideological mistakes , and the problems of the existing democratic supervision mechanism . The reasons are complicated . Only by analyzing the reason , can we strengthen the democratic supervision of democratic parties in our country . In our country ' s Communist Party - led multi - party cooperation and political consultation , we can discuss the maneuverability of democratic supervision mechanism .
