【摘要】：近些年來(lái),特別是黨的十八之后,隨著全面依法治國(guó)的穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),法治思維一詞成為了備受關(guān)注的熱門詞匯。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在不同場(chǎng)合的很多重要講話中多次提及法治思維,強(qiáng)調(diào)廣大黨員干部要樹(shù)立法治思維并運(yùn)用法治思維推動(dòng)各項(xiàng)工作的開(kāi)展,做到黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、人民當(dāng)家作主和依法治國(guó)的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。然而,樹(shù)立法治思維絕不僅僅是黨員干部的事,全民都應(yīng)樹(shù)立法治思維,特別是大學(xué)生群體,大學(xué)生是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)的接班人和建設(shè)者,他們的法治思維狀況理應(yīng)得到更多的關(guān)注。因此,本文將圍繞著法治思維這一核心概念,針對(duì)大學(xué)生法治思維的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,展開(kāi)學(xué)術(shù)研究,以期為大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)的實(shí)際工作貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。首先,本文在一定的理論基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)法治思維這一核心概念進(jìn)行了深入解讀,闡釋了法治思維的內(nèi)涵,并結(jié)合法治思維的內(nèi)涵歸納概括了法治思維的特征,進(jìn)而提出了大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容;隨后著重分析了大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)對(duì)于大學(xué)生自身、對(duì)于法治中國(guó)建設(shè)、對(duì)于家庭和睦與社會(huì)和諧重要意義。其次,在明確核心概念的前提下,對(duì)大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)狀況作了概述說(shuō)明:介紹了大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)取得的成績(jī);通過(guò)權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)和近年來(lái)在全國(guó)有一定影響力的真實(shí)案例分析了現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)大學(xué)生法治思維不盡理想的狀況進(jìn)行了深入分析,找出了大學(xué)生法治思維狀況存在問(wèn)題的深層次原因。最后,秉持著正確的價(jià)值觀與認(rèn)真解決問(wèn)題的學(xué)術(shù)態(tài)度,通過(guò)運(yùn)用馬克思主義的哲學(xué)方法,明確提出了從大學(xué)生自我能動(dòng)性發(fā)揮、高校主陣地作用強(qiáng)化、家庭教育投入以及社會(huì)環(huán)境凈化等方面完善大學(xué)生法治思維培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially after the eighteen years of the Party, with the steady progress of the overall rule of law, the word "rule of law" has become a hot word. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned the rule of law thinking in many important speeches on different occasions, stressing that the vast number of party members and cadres should set up the thinking on the rule of law and use it to promote the development of various work, so as to achieve the leadership of the party. The organic unity of the people as masters of their own affairs and governing the country according to law. However, the establishment of a thinking on the rule of law is not just a matter for party members and cadres. The whole people should set up a thinking on the rule of law, especially among college students, who are successors and builders of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Their legal thinking deserves more attention. Therefore, this paper will focus on the core concept of the rule of law thinking, aiming at the cultivation of university students' legal thinking, the academic research, in order to contribute a strength to the practical work of the cultivation of the university students' thinking of the rule of law. First of all, on the basis of certain theory, this paper deeply interprets the core concept of rule of law thinking, explains the connotation of rule of law thinking, and generalizes the characteristics of rule of law thinking combined with the connotation of rule of law thinking. Then it puts forward the goal and content of the cultivation of university students' thinking of rule of law, and then analyzes the importance of the cultivation of students' thinking of rule of law for the college students themselves, for the construction of China under the rule of law, for family harmony and social harmony. Secondly, on the premise of defining the core concept, this paper gives an overview of the cultivation of university students' legal thinking: it introduces the achievements made in the cultivation of university students' thinking of rule of law; Through authoritative data and real cases which have some influence in China in recent years, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' thinking of rule of law at the present stage. On this basis, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the imperfect situation of university students' thinking on the rule of law, and finds out the deep-seated reasons for the problems existing in the situation of university students' thinking on the rule of law. Finally, with the correct values and the academic attitude of seriously solving the problem, by using the Marxist philosophy method, it is clearly put forward that the university students' self-initiative should be brought into play, and the main position of the university should be strengthened. Family education investment and social environment purification and other aspects to improve the cultivation of college students thinking of the rule of law countermeasures.
