【摘要】：人民政協(xié)的民主監(jiān)督既是政協(xié)的一項(xiàng)基本職能,又是社會(huì)主義民主監(jiān)督體系的重要組成。在新的歷史條件下,強(qiáng)化人民政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督職能既是貫徹中國共產(chǎn)黨十八屆六中全會(huì)重要精神的客觀要求,也是加強(qiáng)人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主建設(shè)與完善社會(huì)主義監(jiān)督體系的必由之路。人民政協(xié)的三項(xiàng)基本職能既有區(qū)別又有聯(lián)系,通過對人民政協(xié)三大職能的比較研究能夠充分明確政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督的內(nèi)涵與特征;對強(qiáng)化政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督職能的路徑進(jìn)行針對性的思考,促使政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督能夠充分發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:The democratic supervision of the CPPCC is not only a basic function of the CPPCC, but also an important component of the socialist democratic supervision system. Under the new historical conditions, strengthening the democratic supervisory function of the CPPCC is an objective requirement for carrying out the important spirit of the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. It is also the only way to strengthen the democratic construction of CPPCC consultation and improve the socialist supervisory system. The three basic functions of the CPPCC are not only different but also related. Through the comparative study of the three functions of the CPPCC, the connotation and characteristics of the democratic supervision of the CPPCC can be fully defined. This paper discusses the ways to strengthen the function of democratic supervision of the CPPCC, and urges the democratic supervision of the CPPCC to give full play to its due role.
